This is my first blank meme and I decided to share it with the public in these trying times. So, enjoy and use it to make jokes (but be kind as words can hurt).
Wet is an adjective used to describe what water or another liquid does to another object that is usually dry. Which can be most anything but another liquid, as that liquid can not be wet, it can make your hand wet when you dip your hand in because you're describing the feeling on your hand.
Wet is a descriptor.
