Your heart beats to the rhythm of a thousand magnificent births and deaths. The violent vibrancy of a supernova is embedded within your veins, the carrier of your life born in the final moment of some star that lived long ago. You carry the encrypted legacy of billions of years that have all culminated in you.

Your breath moves with the life of the universe.
