And silent in the night comes the Warhammer Quest box, painted in MacVey style to make the nostalgia effect of times gone by even stronger. When I open the box I smell the 90's. Urgh! For those who missed the previous episodes, everything is hand painted with a brush and I post the photos of the other legendary games. At this point, only Talisman is missing, but I don't know how to do it....

I have 8 of these guys, I I put them on larger bases to be played in later editions of Warhammer Fantasy Battles. One day I’ll have a full set of the original Heroquest game!

A Fimir shaman that rolled particularly well on the old Realm of Chaos mutation charts!

Here is a scratch built hunters hall I made. I used the old styrofoam inserts that used to come in Warhammer sets as the basis for the second floor. That’s a real mouse pelt that some taxidermists use to practice. The rest is dowels, popsicle sticks, foam board… that kind of stuff.

I like my thrones miniature, and my kings dying as a plot device in Fire Emblem games.

The Rogue Idol of Gork and Mork!! This one is so much fun to paint! It’s got all these embossed details because it’s supposed to be like a cave painting come to life, but it’s taken the cave with it.

And there they are, all five of my big Orcs and Goblins Forge World units. I have the smaller night goblin and orc warboss kits as well. I’ve show those if you go back and look at my blog!
