Plus make sure to take breaks regularly - and stop if anything starts to hurt!
especially with gift knitting I know it can be tempting to push through it for a deadline, but it's really not worth causing long term injury. (And anyone knit-worthy should be understanding of that, imho.) Stay well :)
made another one! (same pattern)
decided to try using brown beads for the stripes instead of the black so that the eyes were clearer. it definitely worked! a little sad the bacl stripes blended in with the eyes so much, i'd really liked the super crisp look of them.
also took more care in picking beads according to their size this time, very obvious improvement!!

It’s a signal that you need a nap, need to allow for more sleep at night, need to prioritize and scale back on what you can accomplish in a day, need to take a mental health day or even a leave.
Something’s got to give.
