Taylor Swift mashup
He had a halo of the highest grade
He just hadn't met me yet
Say a solemn prayer, place a poppy in my hair
There's no morning glory, it was war, it wasn't fair
Dreams of your hair and your stare and sense of belief
In the good in the world, you once believed in me
ideally hugh jackman is playing wolverine for the next 34 years, so no, we don't need a new actor
just re-binged one of the best x-men works

@blarfkey this is an absolute masterpiece. 10/10 narrative. a lovely erik & peter focus with a good measure of cherik. wonderful plot development, spot-on characterization, and brilliant humor + references.
family game night with wade, logan, and laura but it always ends with logan stabbing wade because that motherfucker definitely cheats even though laura usually ends up winning anyway (they had to ban playing monopoly after logan nearly decapitated wade after he landed on boardwalk)
you know what? fine, i'll say it. i like john walker. does that erase the fact that he's an asshole? no. is he my captain america? absolutely not. has he fully redeemed himself? not even close.
but yeah, i would die for him.
poor charles how exhausting it seemed to have to constantly talk erik down from tapping into his instinctive vengeful hatred
once in a while i think about how stan lee told sebastian stan to remember that bucky is one of the good guys and tear up
further clarification: i have outlined aforementioned screenplay, drawn up characters extensively, and am forgoing all other writing projects
there's something fascinating about how tarantino describes his storytelling process and artistic vision. the way he articulates the deliberate choices he makes and the importance of their effect demonstrates the depth of his understanding as a director and writer. he gets you think about his work, analyze the various possibilities with the freedom to draw your own conclusions, and even seek it out again to view it through a new lens, which is probably the best reception to get from audiences. he said that wanted people to watch his movies and be inspired to make their own and he absolutely nailed it. massive respect
“ships should at least make sense.” no. ships can make sense, sure. but they’re just fictional characters we play with for fun. they’re fantasies, not a fucking thesis paper. so no, they don’t always have to make sense. they just have to make you happy (or horny).
let people enjoy (fictional) things however they want to enjoy.
