i love when people acknowledge how attentive wade is - like yes he has no filter and his priorities are fucked but he notices the little things and remembers them

this specifically applies to logan's trauma responses (that he won't admit he has unless it's 4am) and animalistic tendencies (that he slowly becomes more comfortable with expressing over time)

wade buys logan a secluded cabin in the woods as a getaway from the city and space for his primal instincts to be unbridled (and is an annoying prick on the way, dropping ominous hints that sound suspiciously like he's plotting a murder... which isn't entirely out of the question for him but logan's very grumpy until they arrive, in which he sobs because no one has ever cared that much about him in like a century)
