And also let’s not forget that Aang is the reason for this. Yes the red lotus was trying to kill her but that man already had it in place that she would be locked away before he died. He was a nomad who got to travel the world. That’s what made him the Avatar he was. Make it make sense.

I'm only one episode into LOK but I think it's really fucking wild that the Order of the White Lotus raised a girl in a compound and taught her to wield herself like a weapon and then poked at her with a metaphorical stick like "why aren't you spiritual??? Go into the Avatar State for us. You should be like your predecessors."
