Can you imagine a fic With Twilight and Thorn princess arriving exhausted and covered in blood?

For some reason their respective missions made them reflect on the crudeness of their work, a hint of remorse appears in their eyes. Twilight lies down on the bed, while his wife lies on his chest- Are we really doing the right thing? - It's mutual thinking.

Thron princess: Sometimes I wonder if the people I eliminate have a family, just like us. How many children have I left alone because of my work?

Twilight really doesn't know what to say. Perhaps, there is no correct answer, one that torments his wife less.

Twilight: I don't know. Surely those people have also taken from other people. But doing things we don't want to, for something we believe in... is something I admire.

He kisses her forehead gently, while her gaze was still lost, remembering how the bodies fell one by one, by the edge of her needle.

Thorn Princess: I suppose that... in order to maintain a peaceful life, others must stain our hands with blood....That's what I think

Silence takes over the room, the atmosphere is heavy and the stench of blood reaches their nostrils like an intoxicating perfume that both were forced to use that night.
