hey if you're the type of writer that's like me where you tend to write specific scenes first that vaguely weave together into a plot, you might like using obsidian as a writing app.
my frustration with other writing applications is that i will write my scenes out of order and it's hard to move things around and rearrange them on a regular document.
but with obsidian there's this canvas feature where you can just write all your scenes and plot moments on these little cards that you can freely rearrange. you can color code them and connect them too.
here's the canvas i've created for my current multi-chapter fic: (if you zoom in you can see all the text in each card this what it looks like zoomed out)
as you can see, i color code them based off chapters and will group them next to a document card with the working title of the chapter. anything not color-coded are scenes that don't have a proper place quite yet or it's just world building references. this app can also be good for note-taking and collecting research!
best of all, it's FREE!!! the only downside is that if you want your stuff to sync across devices, you do have to pay for that. i constantly hop between my laptop and desktop so i pay for the syncing. but if you write on only one device it's completely free! EDIT: some reblogs have mentioned that you can apparently link your own personal cloud storage (dropbox, gdrive, icloud, etc.) to obsidian for free! that way you can access your obsidian vaults across multiple devices without the extra fee. i don't mind supporting the devs but just something to look into if costs is a concern.
i typically use it for organizing my thoughts for a first draft. once i get all the scenes arranged and mostly written out, i will copy and paste them into ellipsus (also free & highly recommended as a google doc alternative) so that they're all in one document that i can edit.

writing smut depends on each person's writing style but i think there's something so gut-wrenchingly beautiful about smut when it's not very graphic and vivid. like., would this turn on a reader more?
"he kissed her, pulling her body closer to him."
or this?
"His lips felt so familiar it hurt her heart. His breathing had become more strained; his muscles tensed. She let herself sink into his embrace as his hands flattened against her spine. He drew her closer."
One may like either the top or the bottom one better, but it totally depends on your writing to make it work. Neither is bad, but the second example is more flattering, talking literally.
express one's sensory feelings, and the readers will automatically know what's happening.
writing, "her walls clenched against him, her breath hitching with his every thrust" is better than writing, "she was about to cum".
are some vocabulary you can introduce in your writing:
whimpered, whispered, breathed lightly, stuttered, groaned, grunted, yearned, whined, ached, clenched, coaxed, cried out, heaved, hissed
shivering, shuddering, curling up against one's body, squirming, squirting, touching, teasing, taunting, guiding, kneeling, begging, pining, pinching, grinding,
swallowing, panting, sucking in a sharp breath, thrusting, moving gently, gripped, biting, quivering,
nibbling, tugging, pressing, licking, flicking, sucking, panting, gritting, exhaling in short breaths,
wet kisses, brushing soft kisses across their body (yk where), licking, sucking, teasing, tracing, tickling, bucking hips, forcing one on their knees
holding hips, guiding the one on top, moving aimlessly, mindlessly, sounds they make turn insanely beautiful, sinful to listen to
some adjectives to use: desperately, hurriedly, knowingly, teasingly, tauntingly, aimlessly, shamelessly, breathlessly, passionately, delicately, hungrily
he sighed with pleasure
her skin flushed
he shuddered when her body moved against his
he planted kisses along her jawline
her lips turned red, messy, kissed and flushed.
his hands were on his hair, pulling him.
light touches traveled down his back
words were coiled at his throat, coming out as broken sobs, wanting more
he arched his back, his breath quivering
her legs parted, sinking into the other's body, encircling around their waist.
+ mention the position, how they're being moved around---are they face down, kneeling, or standing, or on top or on bottom--it's really helpful to give a clear picture.
+ use lustful talk, slow seduction, teasing touches, erratic breathing, give the readers all while also giving them nothing. make them yearn but DO NOT PROLONG IT.

Thank you so much! You described everything perfectly! I rarely see Luke being in any spotlight and even Clarisse. As for Percy... he seems so apathetic to me, you know? Most of the time I feel the need to fill that space with something more interesting đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđđ I am soooo happy to receive your comment. I know people like what I write, but it's another thing to get that feedback, something more real, you know? It makes all the difference. Thanks really, I feel like I'm not writing for the walls^^ Makes me want to write even more.
See ya!
CapĂtulos anteriores: CAPĂTULO I / CAPĂTULO II / CAPĂTULO III / CAPĂTULO IV / CAPĂTULO V / CAPĂTULO VI
â Quem concorda no sub-capitĂŁo tomar conta do time?
â Perguntou a Nico.
â A gente precisa conversar.
Isso fez Percy parar. Nico viu Percy respirar fundo e o encarar todo sério.
â A gente nĂŁo precisa conversar. â Percy falou quando ele nĂŁo disse nada.
â NĂŁo precisa?
â Eu sei de tudo. Ă o meu comportamento.
â Se vocĂȘ sabeâŠÂ
â NĂŁo consigo me controlar.
Hm⊠isso era uma evolução. Ele acenou e sorriu, orgulhoso de Percy.
â Sei que nĂŁo Ă© certo.
â E o que mais?
â Vou tentar melhorar.
Nico deixou o ar sair e relaxou contra o assento do restaurante.
â Olha, eu nĂŁo me importo de verdade.
EstĂĄ me ouvindo!
â VocĂȘ pertence a mim e eu pertenço a vocĂȘ.

CadĂȘ as pessoas dessa festa.Â
â Festa? Ă mais uma noite do pijama.
â Noite do pijama?
â A gente? Quem exatamente?
â Nico me convidou, entĂŁo, eu vim.
â Percy perguntou a Nico.

â Se a gente gosta, entra no cardĂĄpio. Se nĂŁo, em revisĂŁo.
â A questĂŁo Ă©.

Me desejem sorte.
Também fica defino o cronograma de postagem. Uma vez por semana nas quartas-feiras.
Obrigada por ler!
Hello, how are you? I noticed that there was a part missing from the previous chapter. I've already put it in the full chapter, but it will also be here for those who have read the chapter before. It's a flashback to when Percy and Nico first met.
Happy reading!

Extra - Getting to know each other
Another scene from the past, when Percy and Nico first met.
Percy looked around, making sure no one was following him, and left the empty classroom. Ever since his family's restaurant had become five"star, the stalking had begun. People who had never spoken to him now wanted to be his friend, his best friends started treating him like royalty. No matter where he went, everyone knew his name, trying to get a reservation on behalf of other adults. He had learned very quickly how to avoid these people who were now almost everyone he knew. And you know what was worse? These people weren't interested in his mother's food, they were interested in who frequented the restaurant. It was so unfair! Even to go to the bathroom the crowds followed him without giving him a minute's peace. Tyson was so lucky! Heâd already finished high school and was about to graduate from college. Percy had no choice but to deal with the gossip and greedy, self"centered people.
Looking once again at the empty corridor, he put his cell phone back in his pocket and went into the bathroom.
Ah, finally. Silence. Just him and the urinal. He unzipped his pants and...he heard a moan. Right next to him. Percy turned his face and there were three boys in a circle. He saw that one of them was unzipping his pants and the others were already without them.
Well, that was none of his business.
"No, please. I⊠IâŠ"
"You what? Are you going to tell your little sister? Your Dad?"
"Please!"
Percy sighed and walked towards them. His mother hadn't raised him to watch someone being abused.
He stopped behind them, in front of the mirror, and saw what was happening. A boy with the softest, most feminine features he had ever seen was trying to cover his face and was cowering against the wall, he was so small that reacting against those boys would have been stupid. The problem was that he was so distracted by the boy's beauty that Percy ended up missing when one of the boys grabbed his own member and pointed it towards the boy on the floor.
"What are you doing?" Percy finally said. The boys were startled and jumped away, covering themselves as best as they could.
"We... hey, aren't you that rich kid?"
Just what he needed.
"I said, what are you doing?"
"It's not what it seems."
"Oh, is not? How do you explain that?"
The three boys and Percy looked at the little boy on the ground, who was hiding his face and crying pitifully.
"You know what? I don't want to know. If I catch you doing it againâŠ"
"You have no proof!"
"Are you sure?"
The boys looked at each other and after a few moments, ran off. And Percy Finally could do what he needed to do and leave.
That is, if the little boy hadn't lifted his face and looked at him with those deep black eyes, swollen and shining from crying. Slightly curly black waves of hair and the most beautiful red lips he had ever seen. Percy admitted that he had frozen, enjoying the sight. He, who had never been interested in anyone in his eleven years of life, found himself enchanted. And even when the little boy bit his lips and looked at him, still lying on the bathroom floor, Percy couldn't stop staring.
"You didn't have to." The little boy mumbled, shrinking further against the wall near the sink.
"I... was the right thing to do." That was the truth, it was the right thing to do, but what wasn't right was to admire the beautiful little boy, especially in a situation like that. He felt like a monster. "What's your name?"
"Nico. Niccolas."
Hmm... Italian. They say it's the language of love.
"Percy Jackson."
"Oh." Nico said, looking him up and down, his high cheeks getting hotter. "You're not going to do what those boys wanted to do... are you?â
"What they wanted to do?â
Nico looked down and Percy followed his gaze.
Oh, actually, his zipper was still open, but now there was a certain... volume there.
"I'm nothing like those boys.â
"Aren't you?" Nico still looked doubtful, even though he himself had a bulge in his pants. A much smaller one that Percy seemed to be analyzing more closely than he should.
"I'm not." Percy turned around, trying to convince himself, and walked to the urinal again.
He pulled down his underwear and tried to concentrate. No one had warned him that it would be so difficult to relieve himself with an erection on the way. Percy took a deep breath, relaxing, and finally succeeded. When he returned to the sink, intending to wash his hand, he saw that the little boy was still on the floor, watching him get close.
Nico had been watching him... go to the bathroom? Since the area was wide open, it was impossible not to see.
"Do you need help?" He said as he washed his hands, staring at their reflections in the mirror. Nico looked scared and embarrassed, while he himself was serious and almost absent, showing no emotion.
"No! I mean, I'm fine. Thank you very much.â
"All right, then.â
Percy dried his hand and turned towards the exit. He had offered to help, hadn't he? From then on, it wasn't his responsibility what happened to Nico.
***
Percy had never realized how big that school was. Two indoor and two outdoor courts, fifty classrooms, ten laboratories. Swimming pools, jogging trails and even a forest with a variety of plantations. It was a good place for anyone looking for a well-rounded education, but also for anyone looking for a place to hide. Luckily, Percy had found just the perfect place; deserted and quiet, right in front of one of the open courts. Best of all, the view from the stands was very limited, preventing people from finding him easily.
He walked calmly through the school corridors and arrived at his favorite spot, determined to make a few baskets on the court and eat something quick before the next class. Percy intended to join the team and didn't want it to be out of sheer favoritism. That is, he was just about to enter the court when he saw a black head of hair on the far side of the bleachers. Now, he needed to know who it was, and only then would Percy know if it was still a safe place or not.
Percy hurried over and saw that it was the same little boy as last time. He had a cut in his lip and the right side of his face was purple. Percy had the impulse to ask who had done this to him, but remembered it was none of his business. Especially since Nico seemed to be fine, apart from his bruised face, and seeing that Nico was eating a small feast. Percy could see at least four different kinds of dishes, all arranged in little bowls, the sight warming his heart for some reason. It must have been the way Nico cowered, trying to hide from him, but he still stared at him, smiling.
Percy watched Nico pick up one of the lunchboxes and, as shyly as possible, offer it to him, saying: "Do you want some?â
Percy found himself walking the rest of the distance to Nico, abandoning his backpack and basketball at the foot of the bleachers, and sat down in front of Nico.
"I brought it too. My mother is a cook.â
"Ah." Nico muttered and shrugged, picking up his fork. "I always make a lot. See?â
Nico then opened the other two lunchboxes and showed them to him. Vegetable pie with cheese. Meatballs. Calabrian bread. Cake, too.
"Do you? And your mother?â
"I don't have one. She's dead.â
That's when Percy realized what he was doing. Like a weirdo, he watched Nico eat as if it were the most wonderful thing in the world while the boy ate alone, having to make his own food.
"Your father? You must have one, right?â
Nico denied it and stuffed another piece of pie into his mouth, ignoring all the other dishes. "Dad's always traveling.â
"So...?â
"I learned from Mama before she died. Her food was the best!" But Nico said it so happily that Percy felt better.
"Who looks after you?â
"I have a nanny. My sister, too! She's the best sister in the world." Nico continued eating happily and Percy felt something in his eyes. What was going on? This boy couldn't be so naive, could he? So... happy? How old was he? Nine? Ten? He must be younger than himself.
"You really don't want to? I did it all by myself!â
"Everything? Did you even reach the stove?â
"Yes, I did! The nanny just turned on the stove. I have a ladder near the table andâŠâ
"Yeah?â
"You're very mean. I don't want to talk to you anymore!â
Percy couldn't stand it, he put his hand around his belly and laughed. It had been a long time since he had seen something so cute and funny. Nico's chubby cheeks inflating like a balloon, his arms crossed, his lips in an even cuter pout.
"How old are you, eh?â
"Iâm eleven! What's the problem?â
"You're so short and small. Who's feeding you?â
And again, Percy couldn't take it. Laughing at his own joke, he let himself fall backwards onto the bleachers, laughing and laughing until his breath died away and then came back, a happy smile remaining on his lips long after his crisis had passed.
"Are you okay?â Nico asked in a small, soft voice, making his heart melt.
Percy opened his eyes to see that Nico had approached where he was laing, sitting on his knees, all worried, his black eyes wide and cheeks flushed.
"SoâŠ" Percy said, trying to stop smiling. "We're in the same year. Why haven't I see you around?
"I saw you.â Nico said and lowered his eyes to his lap. "It's hard not to when people only talk about you.â
"What they say?â
"You get the best grades. You're the best at sports. You have the best girlfriend. That sort of thing.â
"Who is that girlfriend?â
"I think⊠Annabeth Chase? I'm not sure. I arrived a few weeks ago.â
"That's good to know.â
"Know what?â
"That I have a girlfriend.â
"You⊠don't know?" Nico tilted his head like a confused puppy and that got another laugh out of him. This time, Nico laughed along. He seemed to be holding back his laughter, but when Percy didn't stop, Nico found himself with no escape, joining in.
"You're funny.â Nico told him.
"No, you are.â
And like third-graders, which they both were, they laughed again as they heard the bell ring. Percy hadn't even realized that half an hour had passed, which was more time than he usually spent with his old friends. And what that said about him, hm?
"We have to go." He heard Nico say.
They really did.
In a hurry, he helped Nico collect the lunch boxes and accompanied him to his next class, discovering that Nico was in fact in the same class as him. Was Percy so distracted by trying to hide that he couldn't see what was going on around him? Well, that would change from that moment on.

Thanks for reading!
i wish you guys could read the amazing fic i haven't written and probably will never write, it's fire
As I promised, here are two chapters. If you see any mistakes, like wrong names, let me know! As this was an original story, I may have made some mistakes.
Previous chapters:Â CHAPTER IÂ /Â CHAPTER IIÂ / /Â CHAPTER III, CHAPTER IV e CHAPTER VÂ /Â Chapter VI e Chapter VIIÂ /Â Chapter VIII e Chapter IXÂ /Â Chapter X, Chapter XI, Chapter XII e Chapter XIIIÂ / Chapter XIV / Chapter XV
Percy turned his back on Nico, got into his giant jeep and drove away. Before he knew it, Percy was far away, leaving him with only silence and his own thoughts, watching until the car disappeared into the horizon and only when he had no choice, Nico resigned himself to going back inside the house, walking slowly, questioning the life he led.
He was starting to wonder, was that house even his anymore? Nico didn't feel safe in it, he didn't feel like it was his home, nor was his room a safe place anymore; Nico no longer had the key of his doorâs room, not since his father had discovered that he wouldn't be doing agronomy in college like Hades had planned and that, in fact, he was almost ready to leave and go in another direction. However, the high point was when Hades practically sold him in exchange for support and investment in the family business. In the end, Hazel was right and that was his job in that family, to keep Will calm, happy and in control, so that his father would be sure that the mayor would remain happy. Everyone won, right?
Sure. Except him, of course.
With those encouraging thoughts, Nico walked the rest of the way to the front of the house and climbed the set of the porch steps, entering through the front door.
As soon as he stepped inside, he saw that shadows had already formed against the walls. He only needed the door to close for the rest of the room to fall into total darkness, leaving him with only the moonlight for illumination, but that didn't bother him. He kept walking and watched his shoes, walking without looking where he was going, having already memorized every corner of that path. Ten steps forward, three to the left and five ahead to reach the dining room.
"We need to talk." Hades's voice sounded shrill in the silence of the room.
Do you know what scared him the most? That silence is what Nico had always feared. It was Hades with his hard, judgmental looks, was those quiet moments before the storm came, and it was that giant house that always seemed so empty of life; that was what it did to him; it haunted him, made him think Nico would never escape that horror movie of a small town and the claustrophobic places. Because, that was how he would end up, a small boy, in a small place, in a small family and in a small life. He would probably end up like one of those story endings too; he would work for his father until his last days and marry whoever Hades told him to, obeying like the perfect son, right? That was supposed to be his future?
He was so tiredâŠ
"I donât think so. I think our conversation is over." Nico heard himself saying, still looking at his feet. Why was he still trying? Why did he care what that man would think? That wasnât his responsibility, none of it was. It wasnât pampering Will Solace, the mayor, or worrying about the familyâs business; Nico didnât need any of that.
Nico nodded to himself, and he was so exhausted that he didn't care about Hades's angry grunt. Or the chair scraping across the floor, or even the heavy footsteps coming towards him. Nico only raised his head when Hades was too close to ignore, feeling empty and hollow.
After all, what could Hades do? Hurt him again?
Nico was already more than injured.
"How dare you to defy me!" Hades raised his fist and punched the table, which shook with the force of the blow.
Nico barely reacted, he looked at his father's hand on the tablecloth and tried to remember why he should care.
It was all so meaningless that he just continued to watch it.
"I'm tired, Hades." Nico said, defeated. It was the first time he had called him that. Hades was no longer his father, his Papa. He had stopped being that a long time ago.
Nico barely heard the people in the room gasp, which didn't stop them from slowly approaching the two. However, his focus was on Hades, the one Nico blamed for all of this. He needed to blame someone, because if Hades wasn't the one to blame, it meant that he was the reason for all of this mess.
"I'm sorry. I can't do what you want anymore. I-- I tried... I... I'm not challenging you, I just... haven't I done enough?â
Silence fell again, it seemed like no one was breathing. He even tried to see Hades's reaction; his vision was blurry and it was hard to breathe, his chest was constricting as if someone was crushing him, but... but he was calm, he was so calm that it seemed like Nico was watching everything like a spectator; for the first time in a long time he felt like nothing could affect him anymore. It was strange, the tears rolled down his face and his hands were shaking, and he didn't know if it was from relief or sadness; the tears simply overflowed from within him.
Nico blinked and a few more tears rolled down his face. He finally allowed himself to cry for the first time in his life.
"Can you forgive me? I need to do this." Nico tried again. He knew it would be in vain, because with Hades there was only one way to do things, either it was the way he wanted it or it wasn't. Nico accepted that, he accepted that it was the end for them.
It was⊠it was okay, he had done everything he could. A gentle voice was saying in the back of his mind. He nodded once more, to himself and to what he knew was coming next. When nothing happened and Hades just kept looking at him with that neutral expression, Nico⊠Nico just let himself breathe and started walking. One step at a time; one to avoid Hadesâs still figure, another to get past the table, and a few more to climb the stairs. He looked at them and put his right foot up, then his left, and dragged himself up them, one at a time, until he reached the starâs end and walked a few steps into his room.
Nico left the door open. There was no point in him closing it when he couldnât lock it, and sat down on the bed. He kept staring at his shoes. He needed a new pair. Maybe new jeans too. Maybe a new bed or⊠or a new Nico. It sounded good. Anything was better than being the same old Nico Di Ăngelo.
He wished he could just be⊠Nico. Nicollas.
"Oh, my baby." He heard someone saying, someone entering the room, someone hugging him tightly and sitting with him on the bed. He recognized that smell, it was Bianca, her long wavy hair falling over his shoulder, covering him like a protective shield. Nico should have heard what she told him, Bianca had warned him so many times. He should have listened.
"Bia." He murmured, unable to hear his own voice. " I didn't want to.â
"I know, dear. With the Solace family, that's all it could have been. You don't have to try anymore.â
"I don't need to?" He didn't know that.
"Of course not. It was your choice from the beginning. We will support you.â
He knew the choice was his, Nico wanted to tell her that. And that was exactly why he had no choice. How could he do anything when he knew what the consequences would be?
"Don't worry. This is his problem. It's high time Hades acted like a man.â
"That's right. We're gonna kick that son of a daddy's ass if he comes back here!â Hazel said somewhere near them.
Nico knew he could count on them. He closed his eyes and let himself relax like he hadn't done in a long time.
"See you on Monday.â
Percy looked at Nico's sad face once more and was tempted to throw him over his shoulders and run away with him.
He wanted to say that everything was going to be okay, that all it took was one word and Nico would never have to deal with those people again. But before the words could come out, he did what anyone in his place would do; he controlled himself and walked to the car that was parked a few feet away. Or rather, he marched, sprinting down the road and doing his best not to look back or go back to Nico.
Percy just stopped walking when he got into the driver's seat and sped away from there.
Shit! What was he thinking! Why did he keep doing this? He shouldn't have let himself get carried away, but he couldn't help himself. Nico reminded him of his teenage years, of those days in college where he was free to do whatever he wanted; Nico made him act like a child again, defying older people who had an image of authority and harassing anyone he felt like. What could he say? After all, Percy was what Nico had accused him of without even having to use words; a billionaire, a womanizer, and with a superiority complex.
He wasnât like that anymore, that person stayed in the past; now Percy was a centered and responsible individual, he wasn't the type to cheat even if his illustrious wife didn't think the same. But what if Nico needed help? What if Hades tried something against Nico? About Will, he had no doubts. Was it safe to leave Nico among those people? Who would defend him when the next punch came?Â
No! Percy couldn't think about that. He didn't even know those people and he barely knew who Nico was. He didn't... Shit! He shouldn't have left Nico alone. Frustrated, he slammed on the brake and let his head fall against the steering wheel, the horn making a loud sound. WHAT. WAS. HE. THINKING! Nico wasn't his at all and if Nico had survived in that place without him for all this time, he could keep going. Right?
Sure.
Really⊠what if Nico couldnât? He looked so defeated, so fragile⊠cases of anxiety could cause worse even more damage, like suicide or depression, couldnât they? What if Nico⊠No! He couldnât think about that, he couldnât! Percy should have dragged Nico out of there when he had the chance, he knew that if he insisted just a little longer Nico would have accepted, but⊠he admited, okay! He wanted Nico to come of his own free will and not because some guy he had just met had asked him to. However, Percy could offer help, couldnât he? Just one more time?
He took his cell phone out of his pocket and looked for Nico's contact, thank goodness he had given it to him in that conversation in the kitchen before the panic attack. Percy pressed the message icon and typed:
âIs everything okay? I hope things havenât gotten worse. The offer still stands. Whenever you need it.â
Was it too direct? Too blunt? Too sincere? Too intimate? It didnât matter. He pressed send and put the phone back in his pocket, starting the car once more. He sent a message, and at the moment, it was all he could do. Was the right thing to do. Otherwise, he would just be another one of those people demanding something when it was clear Nico wasnât willing to give it.
With this depressing thought, Percy drove the rest of the afternoon and early evening, still not knowing what to do, but doing what he could in this situation.
He walked through the entrance of the condominium and finally arrived home, exhaustion overcoming him as soon as he stepped out of the car. It seemed like so much had happened and so much time had passed, even though it couldn't have been more than five or six hours since breakfast. He walked around the house and up the steps to the porch only to be greeted by two pairs of tight hugs.
The children grabbed him by the waist and smiled at him, all happy. Of course, that wasn't enough. Annabeth Chase, his dignified wife, was sitting on the sofa in the living room with a drawing in her hand; on it were them: Logan, Alice, Nico and Percy. A normal, happy family.
"Daddy, Daddy! Mommy got here early." Logan said looking at him, still with his arms around his waist.
âHe told her everything about Nico,â Alice warned, perceptive as always.
âItâs okay,â he said to the children. Or maybe he said it to himself, trying to convince himself of it.
So the three of them walked the rest of the way to the living room, sitting on the couch opposite where Annabeth was.
"Oh, Percy. Did you make it back home? I thought you were too busy to care about your kids.â
"I called a babysitter before I left.â
Percy didn't even bother explaining since the kids should have told her what happened.
"You know what's even more amazing? It seems like you replaced the nanny I hired without telling me." Annabeth stood up, smoothing her dress and crossing her arms. Her eyes analyzed him from head to toe, demanding and cold.
Ah, it seems like she was preparing to fight, even her voice changed intonation.
"Children, it's time for bed, yes? Go ahead and go upstairs." He gave each of them a kiss and watched Alice take Logan's hand, leading him upstairs.
Percy waited long enough for the children to disappear down the hallway and turned to her:
"What are you doing here? This is not our agreement.â
"Guess what? I missed you, sweetheart." She smiled and blew a kiss in his direction, sitting back down, her eyes sparkling as she studied him. Annabeth tossed her long platinum hair to one side of her shoulder, exposing part of her chest and neck, showing the swell of her breasts against the tight dress.
There was a time when Percy would do anything for her, but now all that was left were threats and conversations to see who was the strongest one.
"Annabeth!â
"You still haven't answered me.â
"If you must know, he's the person you hired.â
"Is he? From what Logan said, you two seem pretty close.â
He felt the need to roll his eyes like a teenager and ended up resigning himself to his torture. Itâs like they say, if you can't beat them, join them. That's exactly what he did, he sat down next to her and closed his eyes for a moment.
"He's a good kid. He just needs help." Percy said finally.
"Don't you tell me?â
"His family is worse than mine and yours combined.â
"Is that all? Do you want to help him?â
"Unlike you, I'm not a traitor." Feeling Annabeth approaching, Percy opened his eyes again, looking at her head on. "Speaking of which, when are you going to sign the divorce papers?â
"Divorce? Things are great as they are. Why ruin something that is going so well?" Then she looked him in the eyes and placed her hands on his shoulders, sliding them down in a caress that only disgusted him.
"Annabeth." Percy said, turning away from her. "What are you doing here?â
"Hmm, I love it when you talk rough. We could--â
"We could nothing. There's only one reason why you came back.â
"Okay!" She told him. Annabeth got up from the couch and went to the suitcases that were still in the entrance hall and came back soon after, handing him an invitation to the Palace Hotel, one of the most exquisite party rooms in the city. "I need your help. I have this party... it's important to me.â
"They always are. Are you trying to use me again?â
"Look, I would go with Heyna, but these people are traditional. If they see you with me, it will make things move much faster. Think about it this way, the sooner you agree, the sooner I'll leave. Doesn't that sound like a good deal?â
"A good deal? You've got to be kidding me.â
Percy brought his hand to his face and rubbed it, he was too tired to deal with her.
"Come on, Percy. Just this once.â
"I won't do anything until you sign the papers.â
"Percy, you know I can't do this.â
"You can't? Are you sure? I have enough evidence to annul the marriage for adultery. Is that what you want?â
"You're lying, you would never do that! What about the children? Are you gonna do that to them?â
"Theyâre already grown up. They don't need you. I don't need you. And if you don't want to accept it, I'll be forced to use force. Who will lose more? Me, a university professor, or a socialite architect? Can you imagine the gossip magazines? I can.â
He stood up, tired of it, and turned his back on her, not caring if Annabeth would get hurt or not. But of course she wouldn't give up that easily, right?
"I⊠Iâll sign it. After the party, if youâll come with me. The kids need to go too.â
Percy turned to her and studied her angelic face. If he hadn't known the venom behind that vulnerable expression, Percy might have believed it. He would have believed it before he found out what Annabeth was doing on these business trips. And with who.
"Okay, but this is the last time. If you don't keep your end of the deal, I can't be held responsible for the consequences.â
With that, he turned his back on Annabeth and walked up the stairs, finding the children at the top of them, their little faces sad and tearful.
"Shhh⊠it's okay. Who wants to hear a story?" Logan and Alice sniffed, but held their hands and together, they entered the room.

Sinceramente?
@haiseiscute333 @yonemurishiroku @perryjackpott @ch3353cake-29 @language-of-blueberries (Desculpa se eu esqueci de alguĂ©m đđđ)
Hi, how are you? I wasn't going to do this, because at the beginning of the year I'm too lazy to even open my eyes, but here we go.
To tell you the truth, tagged me in a post, so I decided to do a retrospective too. And just to warn you, I'm going to need your help, okay? Probably in the middle of the year to finish revising my story. I also wanted to thank you for everything so far.
Honestly? I feel like I haven't done much this year, but I don't know, every end of the year it's the same feeling, even if I did. Time passes so quickly! Anyway, I started this blog at the end of 2022, but I only started writing on it in June 2023. I also restarted my project to help writers and tried to keep up to date with what was going on in fandom and failed miserably.
It was a strange and enjoyable year at the same time. There was a moment when I thought I'd stop writing and that I'd actually forgotten how to create a good text. I always forget that my anxiety will always speak louder and my self-criticism even more so.
All in all, it was a good year. Full of ups and downs, but with a long story almost complete. I'd also like to thank a few people who have been with me from the start and who didn't let me talk to the walls on my own:
@haiseiscute333 @yonemurishiroku @perryjackpott @ch3353cake-29 @language-of-blueberries (Sorry if I forgot anyone đđđ)
See you later!
PS: I'm currently revising "There's no place like home" because I messed up. For now, the Portuguese version it's here on Spirit, the English version I'll pick up where I left off as soon as I can. I'll see you probably at the end of January or the beginning of February.
Sejam bem-vindos!
