remember to get lots of daily exercise so you dont have to deal with muscle atrophy due to the lack of gravity in space!!! <3 ^_^ nya

"Muscle atrophy is a very real and valid worry when it comes to space living. But i hope you're exercising your body too! Whether that be physically or mentally, both are very important to staying well and healthy. So make sure you're taking care of yourself!"
