Hey friends!
Meg here for this week’s TUTOR TUESDAY! This week I go over just a little trick that I like to use when drawing and connecting arms/hands/legs/feet ect. This helps me with foreshortening as well. I hope it helps you folks as well! I have tutorials that talk more specifically about hand/foot/leg anatomy here. If you have any tutorial recommendations send ‘em in here or my personal. Now go forth and I’ll see you next week!
Whoo, super long nose tutorial! I’m sure there’s heaps I didn’t mention in this but this is generally how I approach it - the main thing is to check out references and try and draw different noses, it’ll help you create more diverse characters and have fun with it without being afraid of drawing the nose (since it’s genuinely one of my favourite things to draw).

I share my secret tips on how I draw detailed illustrations effortlessly! P-please check it out…!
Hi! Idk if my qn got sent before (tumblr mobile yeesh) I wanted to say i really really love your blog and art style! I was wondering if you have tips to draw Dean's and Cas's hair??
REALLY LATE REPLY BUT UM Dean’s got a hair parting on either side but his hair kinda all comes out from a spot on the back of his head. Keep the sides short but flip up the hair in the front
And here’s Cas again! Recapping: part on one side and have the hair come out from the parting and flip up in front as well. He’s got a longer fringe than Dean’s
MY FROND asked me how i draw shoes and then i got really into it and drew a whole bunch of SHOES HAHAH I hope this helps someone
DON”T worry about getting the shape perfect at first bc you can always edit it later!! ALso this is just my really quick way of drawing shoes IT PROBABLY ISN”T EVEN RIGHT SOMETIMES LIEs down
Tuesday Tips - A Matter Of Perspective: understanding the angle you’re drawing from means you can extrapolate the forms and sometimes exaggerate them. Think of your eye as a camera with a “fish-eye” lens, especially for a standing figure while you’re seating. -norm #grizandnorm #tuesdaytips #100tuesdaytips #amatterofperspective #figuredrawing #lifedrawing
GGGUNS AND STUF i forgot who asked for it , as usual look up different refs to ;earn how to draw the amny differnt varieties of guns!!
EDIT: SORRY THIS WAS DONE W HILE AGO so there are a few mistakes
THE DUAL GRIP IS WRONG U SHOULRN"G BE DRAWING THAT U SHOULD LOOKA T THIS ALSO YOUR FINGER shouldn’t be on the trigger unless you’re about to shoot!! AND the labelling in the fourth pic isn’t very accurate so don’t rely on that for naming gun parts!
THANK YOU! ANON!
I stopped the coloring of the shirt here cause I guess you get the basic idea. If you wanna see more of the coloring and the brush I use you can look HERE! Also you can see how not just folds but shading can define a form HERE!
I hope this helps! I’m so bad with words and explaining things (/)//(/)
