I hated the idea of Izuku losing OFA after so much work to dominate it but… I like this ending. Now that he is no longer the most powerful in his universe he is no longer out of the reach of the world, he is so normal and has so many dreams and he feels frustrated and feels sad and it is so easy to see him again, his humanity exposed. See who it is when the mask of power falls.
Izuku without a single power, Izuku who knows that he was born behind the rest, who was always 3 steps behind them but who never allowed that to stop him and despite everything he reaches them….
He was not born with everything, he did not have that luck and he cannot change that, he cannot deny himself or flee from his condition but even so, in the end he finds happiness by his own ability and with the help of the people who love him.
Odiaba la idea de que Izuku perdiera OFA después de tanto trabajo para dominarlo pero... Me gusta este final. Plank Dumbbell Drag 10 each side Drag weight across body in plank
Farmer’s Hold/Walk 30–40 steps March in place or pace your space

Wall Sit 20 sec, 16 sec, 12 sec
Lunges can be done in place or walking.

Wall Raise Hold 20 secs, 16 secs, 12 secs
Wall Raise Hold: Stand tall, press into toes, hold the high position using the wall for balance.
