Skysports needs to stop talking about the possibility of this being Daniel's last race or I will burst out into tears
Daniel had the chance to do the funniest thing (have an Enchante pop up store at Austin) and he did, good for him
Daniel Ricciardo's "I respect him as a driver and a person" VS Mark Webber's "while he respected me as a driver...he had no respect for me as a person"
Something something RBR Aussies and their younger multiple time WDC winner teammates
I just saw your post re the rumours. Marko has stated vcarb needs to give Ricciardo a car he can succeed in and praised Yuki for how strong heโs been. Meikes the tp has backed Daniel and stated heโs on pace and improving. And Bayer the ceo of the team, has said the technical feedback and development Daniel is giving is very strong, benefitting Yuki and for the team too and has stated Danielโs car has issues. For Yuki, itโs been very high praise and highlighting how comfortable he is is a car.
Adding this to it!! I was trying to find some of the team comments but it's like 2am here lol. I didn't mention Yuki too much because it was a daniel focused post, but the praise going his way is definitely warranted.
Thanks anon :))
No but can I just point out that at the formation lap Crofty was like "Look at Lando doing burn outs, he's purposefully laying rubber on the track for a better start๐" and Nico MF Rosberg was like ??? Absolutely not. That's not on purpose, the track is too cold for that, I would be worried if I was him. This is a bad sign for his start??? and THEN WHAT HAPPENED??? like everytime Nico leaves the commentary box you're reminded of what expert input looks like when it's missing
Where ARE the COTA stewards???
LOL not the twitter community notes going after the fake ass misinformation. ๐๐๐
Look, I totally get supporting your favourite driver, and I even understand a lot of people actively root against drivers they don't like - that's sport. But my god can we at least stick to using actual facts in these online driver fanbase wars, instead of posts that are either intentionally misleading or just straight up blatant misinformation, like the one here. The only thing accomplished with posts such as this is creating additional and unnecessary friction between driver fanbases online and the F1 team's social media/communications personnel having even more hate/abuse aimed at them online.
If we interacted for the first time today via boops and are unlikely to run into each other again because we don't have the same fandom niches I just want you to know our boop bond is real and if I ever see you randomly come across my dash I'll think to myself "aww my boop bud" and send you warm thoughts and good vibes
Fuckk okay nevermind i was too optimistic about that
