Hey, how are you two doing? -Neb
"I think all things considered we're ok?"
°a small nod°
"We're alive and going still despite the chaos growing in these last few, so that's us. Going to make one heck of a story once it's all said and done I can say that!"
°No kidding, seems like we have stumbled into something far bigger than we thought...°
"Yeah... still rolling, Jim?"
°...Always, Jim°
*the collar reads: Marvin* mew mew ((it okay))
¶Nice to meet you Marvin. I should probably find where you're supposed to be..¶
Of course, we can’t leave them behind. I’m unsure of how to free them from the cobras spell, but maybe a system reboot would work on Google. I’m not sure about the Host unfortunately. Maybe use the ‘Ok Google’ command to reboot Google. One at a time, we’ll try and figure out how to save them.
"Ok, that might work- hope Google doesn't hate us too much for it."
°My first thought for the Host was "cognitive recalibration" but this isn't the Marvel universe and I'm not Black Widow°
"And he bleeds enough as is, whacking him on the head is a last resort at best, we don't want to hurt them. Let's just hope this works."
*the kitten wiggled and purrs. he wonders if the man knows CJ and RJ*
*he adjusts himself into a more stable position and looks at what he had been typing. There were three things, actually, but the current one was an email. It looked harsh to him, and it had been. It looked more like an interrogation than a worried inquiry. His writing just tended to be like that though. He needed better words, gentler words.
*His brother had clearly been afraid- and the vague-ness had worried him further. All he knew was that one of the dumbasses had gotten hurt and that the other was being cryptic about it. By the time he actually got the right words, that got both his thoughts out and communicated them in a way that did not sound accusatory, he would already be in their house.*
¶...I worry about them, Kitten. I do. I hope that he's just riled up over nothing, you know?¶
((Admin check! ... ~Mun))
(∆Doing ok at the moment! Better now that I'm home, thanks, you doing well?∆)
No matter what a post on tumblr tries to tell you, your moral and ethical stances will never be determined by what you reblog and what you scroll past. Don’t let manipulation tactics force you into doing anything you don’t want to do.
°Maybe CJ was starting to relax a little, maybe, as he sat here with a cat that was full of secrets and in a house with too many lights on, maybe he didn't feel as bad as he had at first. Maybe, slowly, he was convincing himself that traffic was bad and that RJ was a by-the-rules guy when it came to driving.°
°But somewhere he knew his brother would have texted at a red light, or if things were at a standstill he would have said something. Recent events might have drained his usual energy to a degree, but he knew his brother. He would have said something, right? Jim would be ok. He would be. And they were going to watch something soft when he got home, after cat stuff set up was done. There would be popcorn again and even if he couldn't use his telescope it would be just like their usual movie nights.°
°That reminds him, it's the last full moon of the 2010s tonight, maybe they could see it together, just briefly, before going back inside. Could show the cat too. It sounded nice to him, he just wished RJ would say something..°
Good evening, Jims. Im -
