Cut open an orange and place in it the following
A name paper, image or taglock of the person to be healed Salt Mint (used to clear up and break stagnant energies, illnesses, clear foggy brain and rejuvenate the body)
Bind the orange together with an appropriate thread and place it on a plate on the altar and say:
"Day by day, night by night, fresh fruit, fresh body, mind and soul. As I declare, it shall be done, that rotting of this fruit is the destruction of the illness and the healing of the ill."
Say this spell over the orange over a couple of days and take note of any major changes. If the orange dries out, the spell is complete and the illness absorbed, you will then take it and bury it or throw it out, taking out the image of the person and letting the rest be buried saying:
The charm is wrought, health obtained. As i throw the illness bound, so too shall illness far from (N.N) stay. As I say it, it is done.
If the orange rots, there is a lot more illness and the following is done:
Take the person's name or taglock out the orange and set it to the side. Take the orange out your home and throw it away saying:
The charm is wrought, the illness bound, healing may now begin. As the sun rises in the east, so too shal lthe person's health rise in these coming days.
A new orange is prepared and the person's name put into it. The spell is continued over the next couple of days.
If the person's health has been obtained before the orange is fully dried - take this as a good sign. Take out the name paper and bind shut the cut you have made with a ribbon, needle and thread, or pin. Leave the orange to fully dry out and throw it away saying:
The charm is wrought, health obtained. As I throw the illness bound away, so too shall illness far from (N.N) stay. As i say it, it is done.

‘What is, is what must be’
“There is not a day or night but a doe offers her life for her kittens, or some honest captain of Owsla his life for his Chief Rabbit’s. Sometimes it is taken, sometimes it is not. But there is no bargain, for here, what is, is what must be.”
