In my last shifting attempt I successfully connected to my DR self and asked her how to shift, here's a paraphrased version of our conversation.

CR self: I don’t know what I have to do to shift.
DR self: Shifting isn’t something you do with your mind, you do it with your body.
CR self: Yeah... I’m pretty sure that goes against the definition of shifting… Everybody knows that shifting is a mind thing.
[I could feel my DR self getting irritated at my answer, mostly because I was just regurgitating info I’d learned online instead of letting her explain.]
DR self: What I mean is, the more you’re in your head about it — the more you think about it, overthink it, try to make it rational, try to find THE way to do it, THE step-by-step process that will make you shift — the harder it’s going to be for you.
The more you think of shifting as something you have to figure out, rather than as an action, something you don’t overthink, something you just do, the more you’ll struggle. That’s what I mean by it being a “physical” thing.
Of course, you’re not shifting your body! But shifting isn’t a riddle, something you have to understand or figure out — it’s an action. People shift all the time, even those who know nothing about shifting. They certainly didn't try to figure it out before successfully doing it…
CR self: So… how?
DR self: That’s the issue. You don’t need to rationalize it. You don’t need to know how to do it. You just need to know that you can do it — just like everyone else — and decide to do it.
Don’t approach it from a logical point of view. See it as an action.
Decide that you’re going to shift, and accept that you will shift because you’ve decided so.
When I use my powers, I just use them because I know I was born with them, I know I have them and I know they’re going to work.
Do I know the science behind my powers? No.
Does that stop them from working? No.
CR self: So it’s about knowing or believing I will shift while doing the method?
DR self: Not exactly. You don’t have to 100% believe you’re going to shift. You can have doubts and still shift — that’s normal, it’s human! What you need to understand is that you can shift. Shifting isn’t like learning a foreign language — it’s your native language. It's just that you’ve spent years speaking another one and can’t let yourself believe you still remember it and can speak it.
But if you let go, if you allow yourself to slip into your true nature as a shifter, you’ll realize you’ve never forgotten how to do it — you’ve always been able to.

Hi, Hello, my beautiful beautiful readers! It's your favorite blogger Evie again and I don't know where to begin 😭 You've read the title so you know damn well what this post is about, and I am freaking over the moon to say it finally happened!
"So how did you shift?" Is most likely your very first question, and I promise I will answer it, but not without giving you full context on what led up to this magical event (or just scroll down in case only the shifting part concerns you)
so as I mentioned in my last post I had been in this state of not putting any effort into my shifting attempts anymore and basically treating shifting like any other of my manifestations: that it will happen on its own, if I simply want to.

"Did it work?", you may be wondering. It did not. It might work for other people, because some points I made in that post still apply to me, but the idea of just counting on it to happen on its own didn't really work in my case. This being said, just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean it can't work for you, and if you are an advanced manifestor who has complete trust in the law, this mindset might even be yours to apply.
Ever since I posted this, some days went by and my typical shifting-cycle repeated. I didn't shift after being so confident I would, and then the realization hit hard and I became severely demotivated. I even told my shifting bestie I was about to give up and lucky for me she motivated me and gave me back my faith. Speaking of faith: I had been noticing that certain angel numbers kept reoccurring in my life. The numbers being 1237 and 119. These numbers seem random, but 12:37 is the time my niece was born and 11th of September is my birthday. (yes I was born on 9/11, no not in the year that it happened, but two years later which is basically irrelevant information but it's a little fun fact about me.) I always thought the universe was showing me my birthday, up until I googled both of these numbers and realized they both mean something among the lines of "keep faith and trust in the universe". And lucky for you I did.

Then on Monday I had a doctors appointment, and being bored in the waiting room I opened Tumblr. My feed was full of law of assumption content and I actually took the time and read through them all, and I reposted the ones I felt like gave me a lot of insight. Now to the freaking craziest part of all of this. (okay not true but it sure meant the world to me). I wake up in Tuesday and see that THE @astra-nomy reposted my post about the newest shifting tip I had found, and not only that, my comfort-shifter @multiversebaddie not only liked one of my posts, BUT FOLLOWED ME BACK. All in the same night and even right after another. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT THAT DID TO ME????? I was like no, nope you guys, I can't not shift if my favourite shifting and loa bloggers fucking found out I existed. (APHRODITE FOLLOWS ME I CANT COMPREHEND THAT). Plus @lavender--fairy commented on the post mentioned earlier, and her post that I reblogged, was the one who actually gave me the key to shifting. Hell yes. I mean I knew what I needed to know from other bloggers anyway, but her post actually brought me back to the correct mindset.
so now it is Wednesday. I never really talked about what DR I am shifting to, and I mentioned it somewhere on an old ass post but to put it as briefly as I can: my DR contains a certain group of YouTubers, and I am shifting so I can be friends with them. Now they post videos on Wednesdays and due to the time difference I get to watch them at 11:30 pm, so basically right before going to bed. I went and grabbed a quick shower and then I laid in bed and started doing what I was always doing: affirming. But due to me being me this quickly turned into overthinking and overcomplicating EVERYTHING which is why I stopped, went back on TikTok to clear my thoughts a little and then returned to my attempt.
✨ THE METHOD ✨
☞ I laid in a position most comfortable to me and I started imagining myself in my DR making myself ready for bed. In my head I reminded myself of the thing that I was able to remember due to @lavender--fairy 's post: The 4D is the real reality, and the 3D is only the translation of your inner thoughts. meaning: if I can visualize it, I am already IN it.
☞ Along with me imagining my DR-me doing what I did, I always reminded myself (affirming if you will) that if I can imagine it, I am in it. I purposely chose the Visualization of me doing things I was already doing in my CR day-to-day because you can feel the moment so much better and ground yourself in that reality way easier than imagining me climbing a mountain since I never did that.
☞ I was making myself aware over and over again, that the imagination is the real reality and that if I can imagine it, I am in it. For as long as I was trying to fall asleep. I even moved and rearranged my position constantly, imagining that I was my DR-me doing the same thing. I really just emerged myself in that visualization and started feeling what ever I did, because essentially that's how manifestation works. You don't need to worry about the 3D, and you don't have to feel like you're lacking something. You imagined it in the 4D, so you already did it silly!
☞ In combination to that I never forced myself to stay focused on my DR. Because as mentioned in this post below, you are supposed to let you mind do its own thing in a way, because you can't shift If you are too aware of what you are trying to do.
✨ THE MOMENT ✨
I found myself in this weird state between falling asleep and still being conscious enough to see and understand what you are envisioning. So I was technically awake while it happened. I didn't visualize my DR anymore, instead my mind went into a completely different direction and I saw myself buying milk with Harry Styles. No I did not even script him into my DR, this was just my brain doing brain things. Nonetheless I was still affirming that if I can see it, I am in it, and suddenly I felt myself getting pulled. I heard a little whooshing sound and I literally zoomed out of my body. I was standing in a dark corridor and I could see an open door in the distance with a little something happening in the room it was leading to but I was too far away to see what was happening. Suddenly the corridor started spinning and I felt myself getting pulled into a whole different door. I gained consciousness in this unknown room, but I couldn't tell where I was, or what I was seeing, because it was just dark in there and my eyes had no chance of adjusting quickly enough. I panicked and before I could even comprehend it, I knew I set the intention to shift back to my CR. I got pulled back into this mysterious corridor and shoved into another door by some weird energy and I opened my eyes back in the CR. I know it wasn't a dream because this whole zooming out, the mysterious energy sending me from door to door and the random dark room felt way too physical for it to be a dream. I could literally feel myself in this corridor as only a "being" of some sort, but definitely not as a human with a physical form. From the many success stories I have read regarding shifting realities, I have noticed that many shifters do not reach their desired reality on their first try. Almost every shifter that has talked about shifting mentioned that their first shift was weird and to a strange, undefined reality. (@multiversebaddie shifted to a random ass classroom for example)
✨ ADVICE TO TAKE AWAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE ✨
I believe I shifted when I did, because my mind was in this gloomy state between conscious and unconscious, which ultimately made me believe myself on the spot when I told myself the affirmations I mentioned earlier. I did not doubt them and that's probably why the void state is such a powerful state to be in, because even if I wasn't, I imagine it to be very similar to this.
Another thing, that won't hurt you is educating yourself on the law of assumption. I know it helped me a lot and I believe that people who struggle with shifting, would benefit if they understood the way manifestation worked because ultimately manifestation and shifting is the same thing.
If you read everything from top to bottom: I love you. If you are doubting shifting, your ability to do it, or wether or not it is real: I can guarantee you as a first-person-witness: not only is it real, it's something every single dingus out there can achieve! 11 tips from a master manifestor.
y’all have been loving my first post and it’s really encouraged me to come back. this time i have 11 tips for you! i would’ve really appreciated a post like this when i was a beginner so i’ve decided to make it for those who may also be starting with their journey. actually it doesn’t matter where you are on this road, this is supposed to help everybody, including master manifestors (yes, sometimes doubts cross our minds, we just know how to deal with them)!
there is a lot of repetition as there are some concepts i want to emphasize on. excuse any grammar errors. let’s get straight to it!
stop giving a fuck about the 3D. that is absolute (as in, don’t check it, don’t wait for anything from it, don’t let it get to you). just stop. i have a post over here that will really help you in doing so (and no, it isn’t me cursing at you while ordering you to stop. it’s me having a discussion with you and listening to your doubts while refuting them and i also back it up with scientific sources).
acknowledge that you already are a master manifestor. you’re already where you need to be. don’t let the illusion that is the 3D tell you otherwise!
if you see a piece of manifestation advice that rubs you the wrong way then simply act as if it’s false and doesn’t apply to your reality. you make the rules.
speaking of rules, make yourself some manifesting rules that dictate that manifesting is effortless and instant for you. don’t settle for less.
keep a success story list (and yes, you can put stuff that you’ve assumed that hasn’t appeared in the 3D since the 4D is the only reality) so that you can use it to reaffirm your belief in the law if you ever doubt it.
never seek approval from the 3D for ANYTHING. it is an ILLUSION. your 4D/mind/assumptions are the OBJECTIVE reality. this also applies to the state of waiting and wanting. why do you want to wait for the approval of an illusion? and what are you wanting when it’s already here?
the 3D is not your enemy and it is impossible for the 3D to reject your manifestation. the bitch is inanimate lmao. have you ever walked in front of a mirror and had it tell you “i’m not gonna reflect right now”? i’m sure the answer is no. the 3D works the same way. it EXISTS to reflect our assumptions. that’s its entire purpose. it is nothing but an illusory perception of our 4D. it actually obeys you down to a T. i was gonna say it’s your pet but pets are actually alive and autonomous, the 3D isn’t. the 3D just an inanimate illusion. your business is in the 4D. that’s where you live.
you don’t need a technique. to manifest, all you have to do is assume you have it or enter the state of having it. techniques simply exist to help you do so (that’s why we affirm/visualize/etc. that we have it) but you can do it directly. that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use them. do what feels most natural to you. do what is the most efficient when it comes to making you fulfilled (not what gives it to you fastest in the 3D. remember, it’s an illusion).
you shouldn’t care if the 3D will give it to you or not. the 3D is an illusion, remember? a simple way to get yourself to put your eyes on the 4D is saying something to the effect of “this 3D/physical world isn’t real/is an illusion, the 4D/mind is the only true reality, i live in the 4D and thus all my affairs are there and not in the 3D and this is what the 4D is saying: (insert manifestation)”. seriously, all your affairs are in the 4D. you’re 4 dimensional.
when doubts persist, reading rants and banging pots and pans might help sometimes but sometimes you just have to sit down with yourself and have an internal dialogue. you’re human (probably 🤔 just in case you’re manifesting otherwise as you read this, and yes it IS possible). hear what your doubts have to say in full (don’t buy it though) and debunk them calmly and civilly.
limits don’t exist. imagination is the only reality. if you can imagine it then it can happen unless you say it can’t.

Hiii! I'm sorry but I want to know more about shifting I just don't really understand :( am I gonna shift to a place only exist in my imagination (4d) but not in my 3d? Or I'm gonna shift to a new reality in my 3d, like I can get my dream life through shifting or I'm only can experience some fantasy things that would never happen irl? I'm so confused I'm sorry

Hi, anon.
Shifting is choosing to become aware of any desired reality. By shifting you are becoming aware (in 4d) of a reality, and when you shift (awareness) it becomes the 3d. The answer to your question is yes, it can be ANY reality. If you can imagine it, you can have it.
To clarify something, there’s no “fantasy” and “irl”. Shifting is real, another reality is real and feels exactly like this one, you will experience living a life in a reality that you chose. So shifting IS IRL. You should expect from shifting that literally anything is real and possible, that’s first.
If you’re new I suggest you do your own research about shifting and law of assumption as it is similar concept that helps a lot with shifting. Make sure to not get your info from tiktok. Good sources of info are: shifting subreddit; Neville Goddard subreddit, loablr, shiftblr.
Try and not dwell on methods, try understanding the concept of shifting so you can know how it works and then pick whatever works for you, follow your own inner voice.

if you ever get the urge to check 3d (we all do sometimes, it’s okay) go into your imagination, the 4d, the real reality, whatever you wanna call it and check it there. make a new story there. the 3d does not matter. to move on from an unfavorable circumstance or something that’s bothering you, you let it go. yes, i know it can be hard at times, but trust me and ask yourself what really is the point in looking to the 3d for validation?
If you knew that everything in your life is up to you, and your entire fate lies in your hands to do with what you wish, would you accept it? Or would you run for the hills and cower behind circumstances and greater powers?
It's all up to you. Your dreams, your destiny, your parth, nothing is set in stone, everything is up for grabs.

How did u become a master shifter ?
i dont really have an answer, it just turned into shifting for the first time ever after trying for a long time, and then i was able to shift every time i tried after.

i go on youtube on my phone, find a random subliminal and place my phone on my pillow next to me ear while i mediate laying down.
i then think of what emotions i will feel when i shift to my DR, how excited and happy i will be.
i then try my hardest to feel those emotions.
i hold it there.
i tell myself that im feeling these emotions right now because i have shifted and i am in my DR
and then i affirm trying to really feel every affirmation that i say and know that they are true.
i either shift after saying my affirmations after 5-15 minutes, or i fall asleep and wake up in my DR.

a very, very simple method, but it works for me and it might work for you. <3
(i have like a 70% chance of shifting if i use this method. sometimes it doesnt work but i just try again without getting upset or angry, and then it works)
Things I do throughout the day to manifest my shift:
Morning: as soon as I wake up I remind myself I’m in my dr, I tell myself I have already shifted and I mentally prepare for the day in my dr, make plans and keep mental note of my tasks (all in imagination of course)
During the day: just do my normal stuff, occasionally I’d affirm during the day that I’ve already shifted and during that time I’d imagine what I would be doing now in my dr. Of course in my imagination I’m already there and I’m doing what I planned for the day, nothing too extraordinary. Sometimes I’d do my own tasks here in cr and pretend I’m doing them in my dr for example cooking.
Night: again affirm that I’ve already shifted and then go to bed visualizing my room and bed, my pajamas, my bedsheets, I try to immerse myself into that feeling of being there, kinda like SATS but I don’t loop a scene, I just try and be there.
Notes: this is not a method, this is a mindset and a set of actions that for me personally bring me closer to my dr, since I used to spend so much time and energy into methods and techniques, that now I just don't sweat and do what I'm comfortable with. And of course what works for me might not work for you, keep that in mind and follow your own intuition.
manifesting as actually so easy its just harder for us to manifest things that seem so “out there” to us because of what we’ve been conditioned to learn out whole lives. my cat was being cute and i just said one affirmation “my dad came over to see my cat” and a few seconds later he did. i didnt do anything else. i was hardly even trying.

like it’s something that i feel like most people dont really grasp. like when blogs always told me to not worry about the 3d, just change the 4d, etc… etc. i didn’t quite understand it. I thought that i was supposed to change the “4D” to change the 3D and my only goal was to change the 4d in hopes of changing the 3d. like i dont know how to describe it that well but i was trying to change my thoughts to change the 3D, completely disregarding my imagination and forgetting that- like it was basically just me thinking my goal is to change the 3d.
who I AM in imagination is what I WILL BE cause the 3D only reflects WHO I AM IN IMAGINATION.
for an example, if i was out here constantly being re-aware of the person who always skipped school causing them to repeat classes and grades in imagination, that is who i will be with a sprinkle of acceptance that it is “true”
i didnt realize that. i never realized and understood that if i change my imagination im bound to see a change in the 3D. but the 3d shouldn’t be my goal or anyones goal because it would only cause confusion. my only goal should only be to become who you desire to be in imagination and accept it as your true reality. not the change the 3d. i really understand why people like me skipped over this because if we are dealing with some horrible circumstances or whatnot we would only think that we “have to” change so and so to change the 3d. placing unnecessary power onto the 3d. not being aware that what we are in imagination, what memories we have in imagination is the thing that prevails. not the 3d. not our thoughts. but simply who we are in imagination. and we have the freedom to change it. we have the freedom to be whoever we want to be in imagination.

something that also helped me a lot is it observe my thoughts, state and the 3D. this would really help others see that all of this is happening within the world of scared creation, your imagination.
also explore the beauty of the law! the law is really beautiful that i really cant put it into worlds. imagine you are giving yourself what you want in imagination, you are fully aware that your 3d is nothing but your imagination and that imagination is the true reality, imagine that you start fulfilling everything you want inside your imagination and you start feeling fulfilled.

This shit has gotten so ridiculous to the point I and others can't even use our culture's definition/version of shifting without being accused of this bullshit. (My culture, family, and people do not call it shifting, we have a different term for it that stays inside our community's branch.)
Some shifters are not going to agree with this, but the truth is that before shifting went viral on TikTok, it was introduced as a Spiritual Practice.
No, shifting didn't just magically appear as an inside joke on TikTok in 2020. People have been doing this shit far longer than that. Some shifters have been in this community's branch since 2018. I've been doing my culture's version of shifting far longer than 2018.
You are allowed to not believe in different spiritual practices but to go around saying shit like this is harmful. Including the ableist and racist shit a lot of Anti-Shifters have been saying.
THE ABLEISM:
Saying a shifter has psychosis or calling them a "schizo" (which is a fucking slur, quick reminder) is straight-up ableist. We can't dance around this much longer.
The fact so many Anti-Shifters claim to simply "care about our mental health" while saying demeaning shit like that says enough about their views on spirituality and disabled people (both of which I AM).
"What about the disabled people with psychosis/schizophrenia who say shifting are those things?"
Once again, shifting isn't some trend that magically appeared in 2020. The mainstreaming of Shifting has done a LOT of irreparable damage. It was used by a bunch of dumbass influencers to grab quick five seconds of fame, which in return led to rampant misinformation on that shithole of an app.
Many were misinformed by what shifting actually was, including many disabled people who were misinformed that Shifting came from mentally ill teenagers who were trying to harm others. Most of them had the right heart, but they still fucked us over nonetheless.
I know what schizophrenia looks like. I've seen that shit up close and personal via my mom's brother. My uncle. Spoiler alert: It has nothing to do with Shifting, Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection, etc.
The fact some even considered it to be Psychosis tells me enough that Abled-Neurotypicals don't give much of a shit to do proper research on these topics and will happily mock disabled people any chance they get.
THE RACISM:
There's a long history of POC being accused of being mentally insane or delusional just because they have different spiritual beliefs and cultures other than white people.
This has been brought up by multiple POC in this branch of "shifting" and other branches of "shifting" (Once again, not every community uses the term "Shifting.") when talking about Anti-Shifters.
When talking about shifting and how it has been seen throughout the world, a LOT of non-POC will be quick to dismiss it all, saying that it's just "Myths from their cultures," "Old practices that are no longer in practice," or even "Made-up lies."
I'm afro-indigenous (With some Welsh, but not the point). We're still here. We still practice our culture's spiritual beliefs. Other people of color on here will tell you the same.
I'm not going to stop doing what many of my ancestors had been doing for centuries because it can't be proved by a white person's science. I'm not going to stop because a bunch of racist ableist assholes (who can't even tell the difference between schizophrenia and psychosis) decided one day that I and many others are schizophrenic or have psychosis. I'm not going to stop because people that aren't from my culture can't accept the fact that there are other beliefs other than Christianity.
If you aren't going to be respectful when talking about another's culture and spiritual beliefs that don't even bring harm to others, then I think staying out of POC business is the best (only) option for you.
FINALLY, SHIFTTOK, AND WHY A MAJORITY OF SHIFTERS OUTSIDE OF SHIFTTOK DO NOT FUCK WITH IT:
Shifttok is the reason why shifting went mainstream. While this did help some shifters and those currently interested discover it, it has simply done too much irreparable damage to the shifting community in general and to smaller communities that are similar to shifting.
ShiftTok made Shifting mainstream. I and many others who've known about shifting before 2020 have discussed many times why this was mostly a bad thing.
1: The influencers who lied about shifting had/have caused so much distrust in and outside the community it's not even funny anymore, not to mention influencers capitalizing on Shifting and other spiritual beliefs. 2: The rampant misinformation that was spread around during 2020-2022 still affects shifters who had just gotten into shifting during that time. Scroll on here and see how many shifters have said how badly it messed with them or how badly it still messes with them. 3: The rampant misinformation had managed to circle outside of Shifttok via Commentary YouTubers who didn't bother to do some actual research instead of getting all of their information from Shifttok 4: The mainstreaming of Shifting has caused many shifters, whether they were in this part of the community or not, to be endlessly harassed by Anti-Shifters and Non-Shifters. There's a lot more, but this is already long as fuck. TikTok in general has caused many spiritual beliefs to go mainstream, something that understandably made many frustrated and annoyed as depending on what culture or spiritual belief you come from, know that certain things are supposed to be kept inside the community, which is why I never gave the name of my culture's definition/version of shifting.
There's so much more I had planned to cover in this, but this is already long as fuck. Fuck influencers capitalization on spirituality, fuck racists who try to erase POC cultures and spiritual beliefs, and FUCK SHIFTTOK. Y'all could NEVER make me like ShiftTok.
these are important to keep in mind.

barbados is a mindset
“Yes. You are now in Barbados. And so… you see Barbados, and you see America from Barbados, and you can smell the tropical land of Barbados, see only the little homes of Barbados, and that’s all you do. You just simply sleep this night in Barbados.” - Abdullah tells Neville.
Before Neville Goddard knew of the law and practiced it, his country was plunged in a state of instability. Poverty runs rampant as the global stock market crashes, sparking panic and leaving many penniless. Neville explained the vivid details of homeless people scattered all over tunnels and city square, eyes void of hope for the future. He was unemployed just like millions of others, his career as a dancer wasn’t enough to support his living. Neville lived in a basement for years with little to no income until one day, he met his friend, Abdullah.
Abdullah was well-off and is the son of the US secretary of the Treasury, who served under the 32nd president. The differences between them were large and Neville was aware of it. He confided in his friend and told him that he has this haunting desire to visit Barbados again. The only thing that was stopping Neville though, was the lack of money. In which Abdullah says,
“You are in Barbados.”
Of course, Neville thought he was nuts but the man decided to try and assume that he was in Barbados. That night, he went to sleep thinking that he would wake up in Barbados, only to be disappointed that he woke up in the cold basement he called his home. Neville would come back and tell Abdullah that it didn’t work, only for the latter to ignore him. Despite that Neville kept persisting and on the morning of December, he got a letter from his older brother asking him to visit his family in Barbados – his brother had paid a third class ticket. Excited, Neville told Abdullah that he is going to Barbados however, his friend was unimpressed. Abdullah told Neville that he wasn’t boarding a third class ticket, he was going to go there with a first class ticket.
And guess what? When Neville gave his ticket to the clerk by the desk as they’re checking in passengers, they told him that someone canceled their first class ticket, therefore a spot was available for him.
Abdullah ignored Neville when he said ‘it didn’t work’ because it did work, if Neville was assuming that he was in Barbados, they wouldn’t be having this discussion about him not being there. What can you take from this story? I would say that unfortunate circumstances don't matter, especially when we see how bad and dire Neville’s financial situation was. Come on, he was in a country torn apart by war and poverty, yet he was still able to visit Barbados. Neville didn’t think of how he’d get there, he just simply assumed that he was there, and his 3D reality follows right after.
Barbados is a mindset. If you can imagine yourself having it and then accept that it is yours, you’re at the end. Your assumption is the fetus, continue nourishing it with beliefs and affirmations – let that child grow and become. If you drop your assumption that basically means you’re neglecting the fetus, and it will eventually die from starvation.
It doesn't matter if you have no money, it doesn't matter if you're in an abusive situation, it doesn't matter that you barely have a roof over your head. You are already in Barbados, tune into your inner man and bask in that.
Never, I repeat, never allow yourself to give up your desires because of external circumstances. They are only your old thoughts and state. This is an illusion that has no power. If it makes it easier for you, consider it something that leads you to your desires. Return in imagination. And the external will definitely show what you want, despite any circumstances that seem to you "doomsday" All is well. Relax. You are the power.

it's promoted in hinduism in the form of scripting, and you can think of it as a gift of God rather than assuming yourself to be the supreme power. (i will not discuss this much since i am not an expert in religion nor am i fully aware of the practices and mindsets of various religions. practice at your own discretion. what i said is just a suggestion and i do not intend to force this on anyone.)

hpw do we affirm and persist (robtically) properly? Like a mental diet and not wavering and staying off the old story and not feeling desperate for pur desire and worrying about time
Woah there! That's a lot of stress you're putting on yourself love!
Robotic affirmations means repeating 1-3 affirmations on a loop for a certain period of time. You pick your desired, assign it a few affirmations (or choose umbrella affirmations like "I am a master manifestor" "I manifest instantly" "all of my desires are mine now") and repeat them until you get your desires. While you're doing that, try your best not to react to what you don't like in the 3D. If a negative thought pops up in your head, simply say "that's not true anymore" and continue affirming for your new story. That's it.
You're human, wavering and feeling desperate is normal, emotions are normal. As long as you recognise them, feel them, then let them go, you will be fine. Don't get stuck in limbo thinking you're ruining your manifestations by having a bad day. Get back on track after a little break and everything should be just fine.

When you repeatedly think, say, or do something, you're strengthening neural pathways in your brain. These pathways are like highways that connect different areas of your brain. The more you use it, the stronger and more efficient it becomes.
It can also form habits. When you repeatedly engage in a behavior, your brain eventually creates a neural pathway that makes it easier to perform that behavior in the future. That's why you feel and act different when you start affirming for self concept or confidence or a desired appearance. You become the person who has those desires.
Your subconscious mind is also responsible for your beliefs and attitudes. By repeatedly thinking or saying positive affirmations, you can reprogram your subconscious mind to believe in yourself and your goals, becoming the person with the beliefs that match your desires.

It's not being given to you it's being created by you
Maybe you'll relate to this:
When I was younger I held this deep fear that I just wasn't good enough to have what I wanted. I held this mental image of shifting and manifestation (law of attraction, I hadn't found the law of assumption yet) as something that was happening to me and not something that I was doing.
When I viewed it as something that might be granted if I just did the right thing I felt this deep fear of inadequacy. "What if it's not enough" "what if I'm not good at this"
Don't think of it that way. Don't think of it as a gift or even something you can fail or succeed at. You are already manifesting and shifting. All this is is learning how to FILTER it to your benefit.
It's not about pleasing something else or being "good enough" at something. It's about the story you keep telling yourself over and over again.
It's not a fairy that gives you $20 if you burn enough candles or let's you shift once it decides you're cool enough, it's you selecting your experience.
You are selecting you're reality through your awareness. That's it. You shift your mental awareness to something and it happens for you.
Listen to me. No one else is deciding wether or not you can do it, you are. What you tell yourself over and over again will become true. YOU are in charge. YOU.
If you decide that something is true it is. You can legitimately just go "I'm good enough" and now it's a fact.
It doesn't matter if you believe it, your subconscious believes anything you say, so say what you want and be consistent in doing so.
You repeat something to yourself -> it becomes true -> profit
I really understand now why everyone is saying to let go. You have to stop forcing yourself to do things like methods and changing your mindset so much to be as perfect as you want it.
It will happen naturally.
I pretty much go about my day, do whatever I need or want to do in the 3D, when I think about my DR I’ll affirm “I have it.” while picturing my DR in imagination, I’ll maybe say that a few times or just once. I don’t force it, it just happens. And I only do that if I think about my DR throughout the day. This way it’s never forced, never coming from lack/desperation. It’s just natural.
& since I’ve been doing that for maybe a week now? I will sometimes have dreams about my DR or people from them, like just an hour ago when I woke up I remembered I had a dream about some people from my DR! Yesterday? I woke up talking to someone from my DR, I was half asleep but I had a whole convo with him! I feel more like my DR self, more connected to my DR! Images of my DR pop up in my head and things from my 3D will remind me of my DR, like it’s my life now and it feels easy. (I’ve only just now stop overthinking & over complicating and getting rid of any information I consumed over the years about shifting/manifesting.)
That ‘knowing’ feeling comes naturally when you stop looking for validation from the 3D & start getting validation from the 4D.
I remember when I did stop looking for validation from the 3D I saw Angel number after Angel number after Angel number, it was dead ass against my will!!! But then I thought maybe I should pay attention to those numbers and gave importance back to those numbers and since then I haven’t seen as much as I did in that month because I kept thinking about getting that validation from the 3D. I’m now stopping giving any importance to Angel numbers because they aren’t going to “make” me shift to my DR. They aren’t giving me confirmation I’m in my DR. I’m already in my DR and I don’t need to see numbers to tell me that, it’s not like I’ll see those numbers in my DR anyways. Would you see those Angel numbers in your DR if you were there?
It feels like it’s implying I’m not there. Because the 3D doesn’t matter so why would those numbers mean anything. Why give them importance when you shouldn’t be seeking any type of validation from your 3D!
I see people posting them all the time, if you think that’s confirmation for you that’s fine but in actuality you just manifested seeing them. & I know that because I intentionally manifested seeing them! I guess in some way to prove myself I can manifest anything and that I’m manifesting all the time, consciously or unconsciously. Just like you are! The 3D really doesn’t matter, it’s just a mirror reflecting what you are saying in 4D. Recently when I realized this I stopped looking for validation from the 3D, stop putting importance to it because obviously I don’t want to be there and it’s not my current reality anymore and I have been seeing Angel numbers everywhere again.

It has finally clicked for me how imagination (4d) is the real reality and the physical reality is just the mirror. It feels so freeing.
I knew this already, I’ve read it countless of times and I’ve heard people say this but it never clicked for me and I never truly understood.
If you can imagine it and if you want it then it’s yours in imagination and it HAS TO reflect in the 3D because it’s the law of assumption.
Just persist that you have it in imagination and it WILL reflect into the 3D because it has no other choice!! It’s the mirror!!
When you stand in front of the mirror and don’t like the outfit, you go and change it into something you want. The mirror doesn’t have a mind of its own so when you come back, the outfit you’re wearing will show in the mirror, it’s not gonna show you wearing a black t-shirt when you’re obviously wearing a pink T-shirt. The mirror has no mind of its own. The 3D is literally YOU. Don’t be afraid of the 3d, see it instead as your bestie or something, that it WANTS to give you what you want, that it WANTS to bring you your desire. You don’t have to do ANYTHING but change your thoughts/states or whatever way you manifest and the 3D will do everything it can to bring it to you in the most perfect way for you. Just sit comfortably and know that since you have it in imagination and persist in it, it will reflect in the physical world.
Maybe this will help or maybe it won’t because this is what everyone says all the time in their own way of telling it. And it took me years to finally understand what it meant so please don’t be hard on yourself.

⭐️Manifesting is always working. If you believe it’s not working it’s because you have decided it’s not. You never “fail” at having anything. Even if you don’t get something you didn’t fail you got the result of your belief that it’s not possible.
⭐️You aren’t creating anything because it already exist, there is infinite realities, so there is a reality where you are the person who has all that you desire now. Everything you want is already happening now, your mind is what chooses what reality it will show to you. You quantum leap with your mind, your dominant thoughts become your programing which allows the 3D to change to the desired reality.
⭐️Your beliefs are your dominant thoughts = create your assumptions
⭐️ persist, persist, persist. Have faith that it is posible & happening for you.
⭐️ if it’s hard to believe something, repetition of affirmations will harden into your subconscious to believe that is your reality.
⭐️be patient & gentle with yourself. It’s okay to feel whatever you feel just always remember to get back up and continue to persist. if you really want something there’s nothing standing in the way but YOU.
⭐️Don’t try to force things to change In the 3D, 3D is a mirror not a concrete reality. The change has to be in your mindset.

The self determination theory (SDT) is a psychological theory of motivation. It focuses on the degree to which specific human behaviour is for the self ; self motivated and self determined
Basically, what exactly is it that a human being can do, that isn't manipulated by outside influence, but rather they're own human nature?
According to the theory these are 3 self motivated human behaviours:
Autonomy
Having the freedom to decide your actions without outside influence.
Example: Being able to go out with your friends, without your parents restricting you.
Competence
The ability to do something effectively and be useful.
Example: You're a very useful employee at your company, this means you are competent for your job.
Relatedness
Being connected or related to someone, or something.
Example: Having a connection with family or friends
OK, so how does any of this apply to shifting and escapism?
When you lack one of any of these 3 behaviours or feelings, this is a disruption your human nature. Naturally by birth, you are within your birth right to recieve all of this.
Each of these behaviours, have extreme importance in your cognitive behaviour
- Cognitive behaviors are thoughts, ideas, and representations of yourself to others.
If you don't have the will or ability to control your actions independently, you are most likely going to feel stuck, and like everything is out of your control. Doing things that make you happy and activities you find meaningful, will become an issue due to your lack of autonomy.
If you don't feel competent in areas of your life, or people aren't competent when it comes to you, this can create low self esteem and a bad self concept, you may think of yourself as "worthless" "useless" or "incompetent"
You may feel less motivated to taking on new challenges and activities, as you feel like you're just going to fail, and mess everything up anyways.
Connection is what makes us human, love and empathy towards overs and receiving it, is what makes human life so special. Relatedness, is what you need to experience caring relationships, to be part of a community, and overall to feel love. Humans need love, that is a fact.
When these basic needs aren't met, a human being can lack the motivation to commit to any one of these factors, which take up a huge part in life.
Lacking these can make you feel, stressed, anxious, self loath and nihilistic.
When you don't have these 3 factors, this causes a lack of motivation to commit to them, which means you don't have them.
So you turn to something else, escapism.
"Escapism is the tendency to distract oneself from real-life problems. It can also be conceived as shutting meanings out of one's mind and freeing oneself from self-awareness for a while . Escapism has been identified as one of the key drivers behind online behaviors, in both adaptive and maladaptive ways"

Think of escapism like touching a hot stove. Imagine you place your hand upon a stove. At first its cold, and you're fine.
Then the temperature starts to slowly rise, its currently warm, its still fine you can deal with it. Now, it's getting hotter, and hotter, and hotter...
And you remove your hand.
Not on purpose, but by instinct.
By reflex, your hand immediately moved away from the stove once it got too hot.
Your nervous system felt the pain, which sent a signal to the brain, that something with your hand is wrong.
Biology isn't my strong suit I fear.
Another example.
You're in immediate danger, there's a tsunami coming your way, it's too big for you to face, if you stay where you are, you're going to get crushed by the water, and die on impact. So what do you do?
You run.
Naturally you escape from the dangerous situation, because who in their right mind would test their luck and try to survive a tsunami?
Are you getting it?
When human beings are faced with a situation that is uncomfortable, causes mental, or physical harm, or even death, their first response is to escape.
It is human nature to run, to escape, to not face the dangerous situation. Sometimes it can be a bad move, like ditching a daye you were nervous for, other times it could be skipping school because you constantly run into a group of serious bullies.
Repeat after me.
If you are in a situation where you do not feel loved, worthy, or free, you are allowed to escape.
You are allowed to escape.
Empathise on that baby, nobody is going to tell you off for it.
However, you must be weary of using shifting as escapism.
Shifting is a wonderful phenomenon, it is not something that determinez whether you live or not. It doesn't determine your worth either, nor is it something that causes you psychological stress.
If you find yourself having suicidal or self harming thoughts with shifting as way go mend these thoughts, I beg of you to take a step back and evaluate these thoughts of yours.
Shifting is a journey, I preach that it's something that can be done on the first go, but that isn't the case for everybody.
It can be as short or as long as you make it, failure in shifting when using it as an escape from serious issues, is a one way road to psychological distress.
With that, I ask that you first deal with your mental health, before anything else.
Find something that makes you feel good and grounded, something you enjoy.
Please remember, that not everything is something you must be good at, if it came from you it's already perfect.
Meditation, painting, dancing, listening to music, writing, exercise. Anything and everything that makes you feel good, nothing is too silly, nobody is going to think you're weird or bad at doing something you love to do.
I found that talking out loud, writing in my journal, mediation and watching anime helped me a lot when I had "life impacting plans" connected to shifting.
LESSON SUMMARY
1. It is natural for human beings to run away when they are faced in a dangerous or uncomfortable situation
2. Shifting bring used to run away from a bad situation, isn't negative. It only becomes negative once you prioritise it over your own health
3. Your mental and physical health always comes first before shifting
4. You deserve to be loved, to feel worthy, to not be let down, and to be free, whether that's through shifting or not!
1: A website where you can enter any prompt and It'll generate a whole movie/show, animated (in any style you want) or live-action, for you. Be it your favorite fanfiction, a scenario you made up in your head, or a rewritten ending of a movie/show that really sucked dookie water. I'm doing so many crossovers with this.
2: An AI roleplay website that writes the perfect responses for you and never breaks character. It also generates pictures or animated scenes for you without stealing artists' art.
3: A Doordash/Uber Eats kind of website where it'll have any food you could think of.
4: You have a website that can make any game you want.
5: Those unfinished fanfictions you love are actually finished.
That's all I got at the moment.
choose your destined reality
be aware that the only real reality is your imagination.
be in your 'dr' in imagination.
boom! you shifted, congrats!
a lot of people tend to forget, that the only thing you need in order to shift, is you.
know that your imagination is the real reality. if you thought about your destined reality, then you literally just shifted.
don't look in the 3D. it is just a mirror that reflects what we think and assume in the 4D.
persist! even if you get discouraged by some things that you saw in your 3D, persist in your assumption. the 3D is only showing you old assumptions materialized.
change your self (mind) in order to shift.
