why don't people appreciate little things anymore? like i get it, you have a lot of expectations for your partner (and others!) but what about the small stuff? like trinkets and handmade gifts?

does anyone else listen to music to sleep? like i cannot go to sleep when it's dead silent, what if i hear a noise, im gonna think someone broke into my house, what if someone DID break into my house, i have to prepare myself, i can't let anyone steal me, my family, or my precious things (｀Д´)
