I don't want to give away too much about Izuru in P4 +D2 (nor do I know if you saw any of the lore behind him and such), but to summarize him in the shortest way possible...

Haha I'm already finishing and am somewhat there, got a little busy these days not gonna lie, but he's also my favourite here, HE ATTACK LOL, YEAH GIVE HIM HIS CREME PUFFS!!!! AWW HE JUST WANTS HIS FRIEND BACKKKK NUUUU ZURU THAT'S JUST SADDDD!!!! It's Tsumugi I think right???? just an educated guess because I read only a bit (2 chapters) that time before I went back and from read the start, but I really have to finish.. for the LOREEE AGHHHHHH!!!! But poor guy lol!! That meme aged well and love the way you wrote him AND HE NEEDS HIS FRIEND!!!! 💕💕

Yeah, that AU would probably be one of the verses with one of the most stable relationships between Mikan and Nagito, due to the different circumstances. Wouldn't be anything like the unpleasantness of Chapter 3's trial in the main verse thanks to Mikan never developing an obsessive love for Junko, and the survivors becoming closer. Could be a very affectionate platonic relationship. Or romantic if you want to go there. And I'd like to think her and Hiyoko are on better terms too.

Even though I said their ship is "Insert preferred ship here", I do also like to muse about the idea of Protag!Nagito being in a relationship with the doppelganger of main Nagito's love interest. And it becoming a source of angst and development.

Like to use Komazumi for example, the first encounter could involve the survivors of the class swap verse traveling to the main verse and meet up with its Remnants (also Nagiko who's just chilling on the island). Lots of high emotions from seeing living variants of their deceased classmates, with the same being true for Makoto and co. visiting their Remnant counterparts. And after a bunch of interactions, Nagito, Mahiru, and the main Class 77 starts to pick up on some vibes from Protag!Nagito and Survivor!Mahiru. And then doing a double-take and realizing "Holy shit, are you two...a thing?"

The idea of his "lucky bastard" counterpart being in a stable relationship (with the doppelganger of someone he might have feelings for no less), becomes another source of envy for main Nagito. Feeling at this point that he neither can nor should be in any relationship like that. But the gradual humanization of his protag counterpart through learning about the dude's various flaws and mistakes (and their "sister" trolling him a bit), and the acceptance of him as his "precocious twin brother", eventually helps him come round to the idea that maybe it's okay for him to love again too. And seeing how happy and at ease her other self is, Mahiru starts to wonder if maybe the two of them actually could work as a couple.

Lol they hate eachother, her thinking he weird, he pushing her out of the way to hold hands with Makoto, YAYYY THEY CLOSE, I like that!! My two children getting along for once and having a stable bond with eachother! This survivor group is just amazing!!!!

Hmm I personally prefer platonic Komamiki because I like seeing them be besties and interacting hehe- survivors getting a close bond like found family is everything to me 💕💕

Ohhhhhh him getting somewhere with mains partner?? That's interesting ‼️‼️ ohhh they meet up with the mainverse!! AND NAGIKO IS JUST CHILLING IN DA BACK AHAHAHA!! OOOOO THE EMOTIONS THE MIXED FEELINGGGGSS GIMME DA JUICY ANGST!!!! They sense SOMETHING AHAHAH KNEW IT LOL, Even the gang knows ahahhaha, their romance meter has picked up on some particularly high energy around the two ehehehheeheh

BRO STOLE HIS LOVE INTEREST?! NAHH THAT'S WILDDDDD 🗣️🗣️ He should've made a move when he had da chance and NOW his literal universal counterpart is making out with his partner AHAHAHHA he got no one for real, that sheet brutal 💀💀 NO WONDER HE JEALOUS, YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE MY GUY LOL!! Oh ohhhh this is some development!!!! AND THE TROLLING HAHA- Yayyy love saves all and they get character development<3

It was like a little bonding moment for Protag!Nagito. The survivors all had a big communal bath, split between boys and girls. And it just felt weirdly nice for him to be hanging out with Kaz and Gundham there, since it made him feel included.

Honestly I imagine lots of moments like that for their AU. Like I've got this one idea where they're actually not immediately saved by the Future Foundation after getting out of the school. And so they go on a little roadtrip with one of Hope's Peak's leftover vans (which they fit as many supplies in as they could). Deciding to stop off at Nagito's house first. Mainly to give him about a week or so to properly heal from the lost arm. But also because it occurs to him that in the post-Apocalypse, money probably isn't as useful for trade as items to barter. And assuming that his house hasn't been ransacked, there's still his dad's old wine cellar that they can use for currency. They think perhaps they might try to find some kind of boat after that, to head to Novoselic in Europe.

It's just like a really quiet "calm before the storm" period. Where they lay him down in his bedroom, while the girls share his parents' old room and the boys share the guestroom. And take turns keeping him company (with Mikan as his main nurse). Just lots of tender FTEs with his classmates, who slowly get a bit more of an idea of what his life was like when they look around his house. Like imagine Mahiru getting a bit of a shock when she sees a photo of a happy kid Nagito, and realizing he didn't always have white hair. He makes a special request that if he doesn't make it, that they please bury him in the spot out back right next to where his dog is buried. They assure him it won't come to that, but promise that they would if it did.

...Also on a less serious, and more morbidly hilarious note, I did have this one funny idea for how Junko potentially died in the AU. Nagito accidentally killed her in a scene reminiscent of Pulp Fiction's bit with Marvin. Carelessly waving around a handgun he believes is empty, with his finger on the trigger while the two get into a big finale debate. Only for the gun to go off and hit her directly in the head, bringing an anticlimactic end to things. Everyone panicking for a moment, Nagito most of all, with him being like "Oh shit, I thought it wasn't loaded!" This whole thing of course being televised.

Also imagine the trio ending up in the grand meetup of the other Komas and their ship clubs. And because he's a protagonist in his verse, and has so much ship teasing going on with like a quarter of the cast, Protag!Nagito has doppelgangers on all sides insisting that he join their club.

Matsukoma Nagito: "You're not one of those Mikan-loving Komaedas, are you? There's only one truly worthwhile medical partner. Even if he's dead in your verse, Yasuke is irreplaceable."

Protag!Nagito: "Now wait just a minute! I'll have you know that Mikan is a lovely person, and a very dear-"

Komamiki Nagito: "ONE OF US! HE'S ONE OF US!"

Protag!Nagito: "Wait, wait! I didn't say that-"

Matsukoma Nagito: "You didn't say that you weren't either. Well?"

Protag!Nagito: "I...But..."

Roulette Nagito: "Hold the phone! We saw footage of that hotbaths scene with Gudham. You seemed to be quite enjoying yourself there."

Protag!Nagito: "I was just really happy to be included as one of the guys!"

Protag!Nagito: "What?! No, you've got it all...I mean..."

Komazumi Nagito: "Oh come on. We've seen you've had some cute bonding moments with Mahiru. No one can smile quite the way she does. And those freckles!"

Protag!Nagito: "Mahiru...is important to me. But this is all so very sudden!"

Komanami Nagito: "NO! Stay loyal to Chiaki to the very end! Even if it means waiting until the next life!"

Protag!Nagito: "Aargh! Leave me alone!"

All the while main Nagito and Nagiko are just laughing in the background eating popcorn. Just to be clear I treat main Nagito and Protag!Nagito's OTP as "Insert preferred ship here". It could be Komahina. Or it could be something as wild as a resurrected cyborg Yasuke for the Matsukoma diehards.

I do also have this one idea I've mused about for Nagiko's flings. Generally speaking she actually doesn't hold the many Kamukuras of the multiverse in high regard. Feeling that the novelty wears off fast, as once you've met one Kamukura, you've met most of them. Channeling Stillwell from the comic The Boys and thinking like "What have you thought of to do that the lowest speck of humanity couldn't, were they to be granted your level of power?". Being especially unimpressed by the ones that try to assuage their boredom by joining Junko or doing something else she considers equally dull and unproductive.

But there are exceptions to that. Like one Natsumizuru that she took a fondness to. Who had a bit more of a spark in her than a lot of other Kamukuras did, and channeled her talents in more productive ways to stave off boredom. I have this one mental image of Nagiko trolling main Fuyuhiko by not-so-subtly implying she had a thing going on with an alternate superhuman version of his sister. Being all like "Man she was rough, if I didn't have a reinforced skeleton that girl would have demolished my spine."

Komas unite for real HAHAHA, EXACTLY like, the protagonist always gets the best ships in this franchise!! I can't even pick a favorite Saihara ship- I have like 4 favorites?!?!

Roasting people just comes naturally to her. She'll do it to her "dumbass little brothers" too. But will also turn into a vicious attack dog if anyone else dares to roast them.

But yeah, I picture it as a silly trio that mutually helps each other. Main Nagito and Protag!Nagito are able to slowly accept that they can self-love after coming to care about their "siblings". Main Nagito coming to terms with the fact that he isn't an irredeemable failure for having become a Remnant. Protag!Nagito realizing that it's okay that he's not some kind of "Ultimate Hope" like the Makoto of the main verse is. Flawed a hero as he is, he's still done some good and the other survivors care deeply about him. And even Nagiko mellows a bit with their help. Trying not to alienate people going forward.

And I love her for that<33 YASS DEFEND THEM HAHA!! I like those types where they bully them sometimes and when someone else does it, it's another story!!

Main Nagito my son!! My favourite lil guy, the best guy, THE GUY!!!! You're amazing keep doing whatever you're doing 💖💖 You were NEVER a failure and honestly one of my favourite antagonists of all time!! Ahhhh you go PROTAG!! The self realisation is so beautiful I love seeing people healing!! This is so silly sksjdjsn, and Nagiko helping them out with that in her own way, maybe they bond over their past too and get through everything together!!!! 💕💕

What's your opinion on Junko in P4+D2? I feel like she's the hardest to write since I want to get it across that she's a villain, but I want it to still be Junko despite the change in what she's planning.

I think you wrote her almost perfectly!! She really was in character the whole time, though to be completely honest I feel like she could've used a tad more evilness?? I think she should've been a little more in personality, like maybe a few more mood swings and slightly lacked more heartlessness- But other than that I really did enjoy how you wrote her alot, her dialogue was so interesting here!! Your comic is underated and deserves way more appreciation!! 🩷🩷

I just think it'd be weirdly endearing in a hilarious way if one of the people to help Nagito (and his protag self) break out of the "I'm worthless" mindset did so in the most crude and self-absorbed way possible.

Yeah, thought it'd be funny if in keeping with the theme of Nagito's fem doppelganger being his opposite in a lot of ways, mentally and physically, she has a bionic right leg instead of his bionic left arm.

Ahahhaah it is!! He lost an arm, she lost a leg, what an amazing friendship PFFT, I really like the three of them and their interactions by the way, this AU is honestly just pure gold!! :)

I imagined this little backstory for her where her first encounter with an alternate doppelganger was meeting a Liquid Snake-esque version of Nagito. One who as a child was the beta model for the Kamukura project in his verse, being enhanced with a prototype of the treatment that would eventually create Izuru. An Izuru v.0.5 you could say. Only he ends up rebelling, not content to just be a footnote for someone else. And he actually succeeds in killing his verse's version of Izuru after they're created (might not even have been a Hajime). Before then going on to form a little mercenary band of fellow science experiments across the multiverse.

He develops something of a fondness for his "little sister". Accepting her request to train and mold her. Admiring her determination in spite of her illnesses. Not every Nagito variant will end up with the dementia + lymphoma combo, but it's quite common for many of them to have at least some kind of disease. Hers perhaps might be something connected to her heart? Or her bones? Whatever the case though, there is a secondary reason related to that why she joins him. She wants access to the same physical enhancements the rest of his group have to neutralize or at least weaken her illness. The technology that created Kamukura having been democratized and more widespread across the multiverse.

He indulges this request. On the condition that she complete one last test, and take out the two individuals she'd been training to kill back in her home verse. Honestly he finds the whole vendetta a little childish, being like "Oh, those guys", remembering a long forgotten episode of his life where he killed his verse's Despair Sisters. Which was just another job for him. But he plays along. And ramps up the difficulty by warning the sisters in advance. Naturally of course Nagiko is pissed after having completed the job, as she lies on an infirmary bed. With her "brother" channeling Death in Terry Pratchett's 'The Hogfather'.

"You warned them I was coming."

"Well obviously. It was a test. It was meant to be educational."

"I lost my fucking right leg! I had to blow it off with a shotgun after they caught it in a trap!"

"And that was an important lesson."

In the end though she still gets rewarded for her accomplishment with the same enhancements to her body as the other members of the group. Not gaining all the talents + combat knowledge of a Kamukura, but now having their inhuman strength, speed, and stamina. As well as alleviating her illnesses somewhat. But it all ends on a rather bittersweet note. With Nagiko slowly realizing that despite her affection for her mentor "big brother", this is not a healthy sibling relationship at all. It occurs to her that she's starting to mirror Mukuro somewhat. And the assassination mission she went on ended up alienating her from her verse's Chiaki and the others. Eventually she decides to call it quits, and flees the group to strike out on her own.

Oooo backstories!! LIQUID SNAKE?!?! I'M SORRY I CAN'T TAKE THAT SERIOUSLY WITHOUT CRACKING UPAHAHAHHAHA JUST THE MENTAL IMAGE- the snake stole Tsumugi's cosplay wig or some sheet, OH NEVERMIND THIS GOT DARK REAL QUICK- part of the Kamukura project?!?! Ohh he a rebell!!!! Good for him!! Go snake guy- AHHHH THEY SIBLINGS I LOVE SIBLING BONDSS!!

Yep I can't argue with that, he seems really ill I can imagine the other variants having some sort of illness even if it's not the same one, maybe a branch or something completely different.. oh a heart or bone illness?!?! NAGIKO NUU- OHHH THAT MAKES SENSEEE!! SHE DESERVES THE WORLD OKAY!!

Even more hilariously, probably like half of the people he's killed were in self-defense incidents. Nagiko's just like "Bruh, those are rookie numbers, LMAO!" Having not only killed more in her travels, including some Junko and Mukuro variants, but also having met what she considers "Real villainous Komaedas". In a weird condescending way she kind of alleviates his guilt about being a Remnant.

"Nagito, buddy. Come the fuck on, you're not an irredeemable monster. Want to know what a real evil version of you looks like? You should have seen the tyrannical CEO version of us I stumbled upon a few months back. Jesus Christ, now THAT guy was a piece of shit."

Unfortunately for main Nagito, she only starts laughing harder after a pause when Protag!Nagito does some mental counting. And then is like "Hang on a minute, I think I've actually killed like two or three more people than he has in the service of the Future Foundation. So...does that make me more hardcore than my own Remnant counterpart?". The main one gives a glare like he's about to deck his protag self in the face.

SELF DEFENSE INCIDENTS LOL, I my pathetic son<33 THEY ARE ROOKIE NUMBERS!! TELL EM NAGIKO 🗣️‼️ Oooo Junko and Mukuro varients!! This is just wonderful!! HIS GUILTTTT NOOO MY BEAUTIFUL SON SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FEEL THAT WAYYYY-

Related to that Protag!Nagito idea, I also have this amusing mental image of a Koma trio. In which main Nagito goes on silly multiversal adventures with him and a Fem Nagito ("Nagiko"). A hardcore survivalist that's been hoarding weapons and tech from across the multiverse to have an edge over any variant of the Despair Sisters she comes across. That contrasts with her "brothers" in giving zero shits for Hope, talent, or anything like that, and being shamelessly egotistical. Having only agreed to be the Ultimate Lucky Student in her verse to exploit the connections of Hope's Peak. Knowing full well that she's an actual genius, and disdaining the school putting "glorified hobbyists" on a pedestal.

I imagine main Nagito ironically getting along better with his "sister" than his "brother". The latter who he tends to childishly bicker with, partly out of envy of the "lucky bastard". Protag!Nagito too tends to be a bit childish around his Remnant counterpart, who he projects some of his self-loathing onto. But they're able to work things out, strangely in part with the help of Nagiko's blunt egotism. Like she kind of acts as a balancing measure against the mutual self-deprecation, being all like "Um no, I'm a 250 IQ genius, and the both of you are almost as intelligent as I am. Have some fucking pride, goddammit."

The dynamic between them is like that one meme pic of the three wolves, with the two on the left and right laughing their asses off, while the one in the middle looks annoyed. With whichever one of the trio is in the middle rotating depending on the occasion. Like main Nagito and Nagiko discovering some embarrassing situation Protag!Nagito got into during the Tragedy that he'd prefer not to talk about. Or Protag!Nagito and Nagiko learning how comically small main Nagito's actual body count was as a Remnant, not even getting past the single digits.

It's amazing, but to be honest a lil hard to navigate- You see, I started of with the new killing game one where the v3 and v2 cast were combined and I went from there but realised there's alot more so I went a little more back around the Hajime getting kidnapped chapters and was invested but lost track and went to the chapter where they escaped the NWP so then I decided to finally start from the beginning to avoid getting confused hehe and THEN I finished up the chapters where Nagito and Sato get betrayed by Izuru and he works with Junko to the UDG timeline and it all made sense and so I've been slowly working from there, even though it's kind've hard to find in order, I'm still trying my best because it's so interesting and I love everything about this so far and I'm excited to get back to the new killing game chapter because it got me hooked from the second I read it once I'm done with everything else, this comic means alot to me and I love your work!!<33

Whats you're opinion on how Natsumi is written in P4 + D2?

Natsumi's was great, but could use a bit more sass (probably just me lol), I did like her a lot though!! The way you right everyone in general is just amazing!! Like how you wrote Izuru is just, OR MY PERSONAL FAVOURITE HIYOKO- SHE'S AMAZING, THE LORE IN THIS COMIC IS EVERYTHING TO ME!! LIKE YOU COULD GO PLACES WITH THIS AND ALSO TSUMUGI HAS TO BE ONE OF MY FAVOURITES OH Akane was amazing here!! Oh! And it could also be an AU where Class 77's families and loved ones are still alive. Natsumi and Sato for example could have been taken as hostages (possibly along with Mahiru's family) as part of the blackmail video motives for Fuyuhiko, Peko, and Mahiru. Getting rescued later on after the THH scenario is over.

Also one idea that I think could be really interesting in a class swap verse in general is a Novoselic that hasn't been utterly devastated by a Despair Sonia's rule. Maybe it becomes sort of like a safe haven of sorts for the survivors.

Oooo, you're on the "Hajime Retrieval" Arc of the story! I sort of wanted to do something specific, so I started writing that arc. Also, I'm happy you enjoyed Hiyoko! Though, when I do the rewrite, I may replace Hiyoko with Monaca to be more accurate to Persona 4 (and Hiyoko is in Hajime's class), plus in this story Monaca would get the happy ending she wanted. I'm glad you're enjoying it!

IT'S SO INTERESTING, I loved Hiyoko in this so much you don't understand!!<33 OOOOO Adding Monaca to replace her would actually be so cool, like I despised her in my playthrough but she was still so interesting, one of my favourite antagonists now, OMG HAPPY MONACA I'M CRYING I DON'T LIKE WHAT SHE DID BUT I STILL WANT HER TO BE HAPPY 😭😭

If there was a similar situation with Kaede, it could be a really pivotal friendship moment for all of them. Nagito being convinced he's found proof that the mastermind is cheating, and challenging Monokuma to a class trial to prove it. To which Monokuma replies that if they go through with it and he fails, the penalty will be the death of not just himself, but the entire class.

This makes Nagito falter for a moment, and look to them. Not sure if he has the right to make that call. Only for Mahiru, Gundham, and Sonia to step forward and say that regardless of whether or not he wins or loses, they're gonna stand with him on this. Mikan, Hiyoko, and Kazuichi follow, deciding they're tired of the Killing Game. And that if they do end up dying here, they'd rather go out united as a class.

The way Nagito discovers evidence of a Kaede-like situation could parallel Makoto's Chapter 5. With Nagito being framed for Imposter's death (they could have discovered something important and been killed), and being put through an execution that fails due to his luck. Leading to him falling down to some location where there's evidence of some kind of cover-up. Only in this AU, the execution could also parallel his life in the main verse. With him losing his left arm in the process of narrowly escaping.

Could make it extra funny when he crawls his way back up, walks into the cafeteria, and is all like "Heeeere's Johnny!" when revealing himself to the others. Who all start screaming and going WTF. After a few seconds of silent staring, he's just like "S-surprise. Not dead, guys.". Before finally he just falls over comically, having fainted from the blood loss. Mikan has to scramble to properly treat the wound.

THIS IS SO GOOD, oh no he falters- YAYYY THEY GOT HIS BACK WE LOVE YOU GUYS YOU'RE AWESOME, YASS THOSE GUYS TOOO, CLASS UNITE AGHH, I really like them supporting him for once :D, OH EM GEE THAT COULD WORK SO WELL, Ooooo that's an interesting look at it, AHAHAHAHAHAHAH THEY'D BE LIKE BRUH YOU WERE DEAD AHHHH OR SOMETHING, Kazuichi would be the loudest screamer and I love him for that, AHAHAHHAHA he falls over ( kind of like that scene in chapter 3 ) and Mikan would freak out and attend to the wound, this scenario is both silly and amazing- thanks for sharing this with me my favourite anon 💞💞

Tsumugi and Chiaki have a nice dynamic to me :)) The cosplay kid and the gamer kid would definitely get along so well hehe, Sato and Nagito have to also be one of my favourites, this isn't a relationship but I really like how you wrote Hiyoko, she's still got the sass and I love her for it<33 And I love the whole Hajime getting brainwashed or the NWP or how it adds to the lore!! And I got a lil carried away again, Heyyy don't apologise it's okay to leave an ask hehe, but I really love the whole thing so far!! 🩷🩷

I can't remember exactly where I found it. But there was one concept for a class swap similar to that one I mentioned somewhere on this site. It was more focused on the Despair Class 78. But I was immediately interested when it had the idea to make Nagito the protagonist. Since in most other class swaps, it's typically either Chiaki or Hajime. I feel like you could do a really fun character arc with that premise.

I believe the other survivors were Mahiru, Gundham, Sonia, Kazuichi, Mikan, and Hiyoko. Could imagine lots of fun friendship/shipping stuff with that group. As well as some tragic potential with deceased classmates like Chiaki and Imposter.

I don't think the outline I saw had ironed out all the details of the THH scenario. So I adopted my own headcanons. Like Class 77 retaining memories of the first year, since they're older and it'd be harder to cover up the amnesia (especially with Hiyoko's growth spurt). As well as stuff like Imposter being the last one to die, and bonding scenes with them makes their death hit Nagito much harder. Also mused about the idea of Chiaki being the blackened in a similar way to Kaede. The mastermind realizing that the retained memories of the first year means Chiaki has to be eliminated and discredited early on, because Class 77 are a lot less willing to participate in the Killing Game in this AU.

MIKAN BEING A SURVIVOR WOULD BE AMAZING ( I know they all survived at the end of the anime but that's a long time later and this group would be adorable ) Mahiru would be so kind to them and take care of the others I love her so much, I think I heard that Hiyoko was originally supposed to be a survivor which would've also been cool, GUNDHAM TANAKA WE LOVE YOUUU, him and Sonia would get along well and Kazuichi would be like >:0 or something lol it's okay we still love you Souda, Mahiru and Hiyoko would also bond, and maybe Mahiru could help out Mikan a bit or a girls night with them or they can all have sleepovers and take care of one another and-

Hehehe I got a lil carried away, I just love survivor groups, they're so wholesome and a found family, but I think Gundham and Mikan could get along well because he's a softie deep down and we love Tanaka!! 💖💖 IMPOSTER BEING THE LAST TO DIE NOOOO WE LOVED YOU BRUH!! They deserve the world!! It would, so much angst and hurt HAHAHAHH I LOVE IT!! *evil laughter lol* >:)

Chiaki you were amazing, and also she deserved better, she slayed so hard they decided to kill best girl twice, but I love the idea of her having a Kaede role <33

They were both iconic 📖✂️

Nagitos of all kinds pop up in the gathering. Nagitos from non-Despair verses, AUs, gender-flipped Nagitos, even a small handful of Nagizurus/Kamukura Nagitos. Like the Komahina club for example will have some FemNagitos that are in yuri Komahina relationships (or FemNagito x Hajime, Nagito x FemHajime, or even non-binary Komahina).

And of course the Nagitos from verses with a version of the Tragedy compare notes with those from non-Despair verses. The Komaegi Nagitos from non-Despair verses feel so vindicated learning from their counterparts that their boyfriend became the Ultimate Hope in other universes, being like "I KNEW MAKOTO WAS SPECIAL!". The Komaegi Nagitos and Matsukoma Nagitos in general are a wee bit braggadocious about having won the love of Makoto and Yasuke. And take pride in having some exclusivity.

Though things get really funny when they learn how things went in class swap verses (where Chiaki, Hajime, or even Nagito himself became the THH scenario's protagonist). And are shown footage of Despair Makoto. They all start fanning themselves and going "Oh my!" because of just how very...captivating he is. Especially if there's some foe yay going on between Despair Makoto and Protagonist Nagito.

Most of the clubs have their own variant of "Octagon!". Like with those prior three, the Kuzukoma Nagitos giggle at the thought of Fuyuhiko being grumpy and shouting "Dumbass!". The Komazumi Nagitos get all dreamy at the idea of Mahiru with her hands on her hips and going "Geez!". And the Twokoma Nagitos are like "Does your Imposter wag their finger and say 'Nagito, no' to you too?", to which they're like "YES, LMAO!!"

The Komahinanatsusatozumi Nagito we talked about earlier is like a weird celebrity among them. Most polyship Nagitos will usually only be in a relationship with two people. Some Komahinanami Nagito will see him brandishing his Komahina, Komazumi, Natsukoma, and Komasato membership cards and be all...

"Gee Nagito, how come you get to have four relationships?"

"Six. Getting the paperwork for my Matsukoma and Kuzukoma memberships sorted out."

"Does the Natsumi in your universe know about you and her brother?"

"Yeah, she doesn't mind. After seeing so many universes with a Tragedy I'm only more certain now than ever that what we have is wonderful."

"Well, at least I know you'll never get to experience the joy of being a Komanami Nagito."

"Actually our verse's Chiaki and her girlfriend Mikan are thinking of joining our polycule. Sato invited Mikan."

Actually there's something goofy I came up with that I sent to theamityelf and Fala in asks that I thought I should share. A Komaedaverse gathering where it's revealed that there's at least one universe for every Nagito ship. And the Nagitos at the gathering form clubs with other Nagitos who are also in a relationship with their respective partner. Where they gush about how much they adore them.

For obvious reasons the joint Komahina + Kamukoma club is the largest. With even some of the other clubs' Nagitos being granted honorary membership (since it's hard to find a Nagito that doesn't crush on a Hajime even just a little). There's nothing that'll make a whole bunch of Nagitos start giggling like schoolgirls like shouting out the word "Octagon". But you've got others like the Komaegi club, the Komanami club, the Matsukoma club, the Komamiki club, clubs dedicated to those three rarepairs I mentioned in the other asks, and many others. And of course Nagitos in other polyships can have their own multi-memberships.

They all like to gush about ways their respective partners will show affection. Take those three when it comes to kissing for example. Fuyuhiko will sometimes shut Nagito up by grabbing him by the collar and pulling him in for a kiss on the lips. It leaves Nagito a blushing mess. Imposter will put him on their lap, wrap their arms around him, and give a comforting kiss on the forehead. Which just makes him melt in Imposter's arms. Mahiru likes to do surprise kisses by approaching from behind, wrapping her arms around his waist, and kissing him on the cheek. Some Nagitos eventually get the courage to return the favor to their Mahiru. After which they get flustered and apologetic, being all like "Oh no, was that too much?". Only for Mahiru to assure him she likes this newfound confidence after getting over the surprise.

Though it's not always peaceful. Occasionally little fights break out between the Nagitos in regards to certain partners. The Komamiki club is made up of fiercely loyal Nagitos who are ready to throw hands with the "Mikan-skeptical" Nagitos of the multiverse, that are all like "What do you see in her, dude?". And of course the Junkomaeda club is super-controversial.

OOOO THIS IS SO SILLY I LOVE IT 😭😭 IT IS HARD TO FIND A NAGITO THAT DOESN'T LIKE HAJIME EVEN A LITTLE, LIKE BRO WAS INLOVE FOR 3 CHAPTERS AND STILL OBSESSED WITH HIM EVEN AFTER HE FOUND OUT HE WAS TALENTLESS HE AIN'T FOOLING NOBODY- hehe the octagon reference, yayyy the Komaegi and Konanami club :0 honestly every Komaeda ship is adorable!! Actually maybe I could share some mental images I have for those Nagi rarepairs?

Kuzukoma:

Nagito and Peko taking great amusement in playfully teasing Fuyuhiko together. His bodyguard/childhood friend and boyfriend turn out to be quite chipper around each other. And will get into some zany misadventures to protect Fuyuhiko from things that they assume are threats. The end results usually leave Fuyuhiko holding his face in his hands in disbelief. But he just can't hold it against the two. Especially when Nagito pecks him on the cheek.

Komazumi:

Nagito never imagined he could enter a loving relationship with an Ultimate. But what surprised him even more...is just how comfortable and at peace he feels with the relative normality Mahiru offers. The simple act of doing household chores together feels gratifying to the both of them. Mahiru loves having a partner she can rely on to pitch in. And for Nagito these moments provide a sense of stability and tranquility. It's a mutually caring relationship where each of them are constantly trying to make sure the other isn't fatigued or overworked. Like Nagito will be all "Mahiru-san doesn't have to do any work today!" on her birthday, which she plays along with for a smile. But she'll step in and assists after a few hours when it's clear he's starting to feel a bit tired. And Mahiru is slowly making progress in selling Nagito on the idea that he is an equal partner.

Twokoma:

Nagito actually manages to figure out that Imposter is not who they say they are early on. After carefully observing the animation work of "Ryota Mitarai", and realizing that while the stuff "he" does in class is decent, there's a noticeable quality gap between that and the animation brought in from "his" dorm. As well as discovering from older photos that Ryota Mitarai was supposed to be very skinny less than a year before Hope's Peak. It leads to Nagito confronting Imposter, fearing for the safety of the real Ultimate Animator. Only for Nagito to perk up immediately upon learning that he's discovered a secret Ultimate with an incredible talent. He agrees to keep it a secret to a grateful Imposter (who was relieved the confrontation came from a place of concern for Ryota). And that leads to the beginnings of a close relationship, with Nagito eagerly agreeing to help Imposter with their "Nagito Komaeda" impersonation. Which is quite good, although Imposter can't convincingly replicate Nagito's bizarre luck. Which they actually use to make a "See, there is something quite special about you" point to a protesting Nagito.

ASJFYJSJW these are so cute AHHH, I love all of them, the Komazumi is so adorable, the Twokoma is chef's kiss and I love the Kuzukoma one too!! WHY ARE YOU AMAZING AT THIS ANON YOU KNOW WHAT, A good idea deserves some sketches!! 💕💕 Also I tried to draw the others but I got a lil lazy.. but to make up for them I drew something at the end

I am the author of the P4 + D2 comic on Reddit. I would like to say thank you for taking an interest in the comic. Once I'm done with the entire comic, I'll probably give it a rewrite on...A03, assuming that's where things go.

However, I must admit, I could have done more character dynamic build up (I'm trying to get the story done at this point and focus on the character building later), and I may shift some characters around (I don't want to give away too much of the story so far, but i feel like i played into a specific personality of a character a bit too much and I'd like to change that)

But other than that, I am very happy you took an interest in it and hope you like what parts you read, though admittedly the specific Nagito and Sato chapter is a few chapters back.

Personally I think everything is amazing, the way you write them all in character and the dynamics it reminds me a bit of my favourite writers work, which filled me up with nostalgia and it's honestly amazing, yeah there's a few flaws here and there but it's really minor and the plot is way more interesting and the lore is so good!!, I'm so happy you reached out to me I think I'll go cry now :))
