For me this was the most shocking shot of the movie:

After loving him more during the movie and especially watching how powerful he is nobody was expecting to see him dead. Watching his corpse laying on the cold floor and the shadows going after him is an image that stays on your mind, especially because you know what's going to happen after that.

Because he looks so majestic and so menacing at the same time, and you feel you're literally inside the movie, in front of him and beside Yelena.
