when i was 12 or something like that, my sister had this awesome teacher who’d let her borrow books and take them home. One day she brought home A Series if Unfortunate Events. You know when you see something and your first thought is ‘fvck, this looks epic, I need it in my life so I can find out everything about it.. right. Now.’ That’s how I felt when I seen the cover. She refused to let me read them so I had to wait until she fell asleep at night, sneak into her room, read into ungodly hours and return the book before she woke up without waking her’. I was sleep deprived for months. But it was worth it :):)
This is absolutely amazing
An old and homely grandmother accidentally summons a demon. She mistakes him for her gothic-phase teenage grandson and takes care of him. The demon decides to stay at his new home.
This is Lex and she is the MC of a story that I am trying desperately to write and do it well but writer's block. 🤷♀️
I love this so much

Imagine you're in a car with your brother and you keep telling him "slow down, you're going too fast" and he insists "I've got it under control!" And then he hits someone and you get out of the car and find out it's your sister. Your brother goes crazy from guilt and starts running over people left and right until you have to kill him to make sure no one else dies. Then years later he comes back to life and his boyfriend reveals oh guess what fuckhead. The reason he had to drive recklessly everywhere? Because he gave his legs to you in a secret operation you didnt know about. That's mdzs from Jiang Cheng's pov
