What does Tgn! Ciel act like in modern au?
I’d still want him to have the long hair.
He straightens it so it’s perfectly flat, like silk. He’s very beautiful, he probably has a shared Instagram account with his brother, posting those stereotypical rich boy things - vegan lattes, their dainty hands resting on the steering wheel of an expensive car, dressed up in suits for a soiree.
His daddy is very rich. He started with railroads and now he’s a billionaire. They live in a penthouse apartment - the security is state-of-the-art.
Until, the night his family is killed.
He and his brother are dragged into the wine cellar. Ciel shoots his twin with his daddy’s gun, then turns it on himself. They’re discovered the next day by Adrian, who manages to conceal the gun before the police arrive.
The paparazzi snap pictures of Ciel’s small, bloody body as he’s carried outside. They swarm his hospital room. The rumours run thick.
Ciel is infuriated by how useless the city’s police force is. He decided to head to the slums to seek out an assassin.
He’s dressed in high-waisted slacks, a fine shirt, a little blazer. His hair is in a ponytail, his little lips shiny with gloss. He looks beautiful and clean, and out of place in the dark bar he wanders into.
He wants the meanest guy there. The bartender laughs at him.
“You’ll want Michaelis,” he spits - and gestures to a man sitting in the corner.
He’s wearing a leather jacket and it looks like he just left a fight. His hair is all messy and his eyebrow is split open. He’s smoking, dry blood coagulated in his nostril.
He takes one look at Ciel through his narrowed eyes and sneers, crushing his cigarette on the cheap vinyl table.
“Didn’t ask for a whore,” he bites.
And yeah, ahahaha - everything is pretty much the same. Ciel rides bitch on Diablo, arms wrapped around Sebastian. He still has a switchblade, Sebastian has a shotgun.
Maybe eventually they get a car… named Diablo II.
Ciel wears lingerie, it’s more modern. He wears g-strings and garters and little straps.
They travel town to town, staying in dirty hotels, eating food from the convenience stores. Ciel saves all the soaps from the places they stay - he likes to keep clean, just like a cat.
That’s the aesthetic, old and dirty hotel rooms, neon signs and roadtrips. Leather seats, lingerie, shotguns and bullets and tracking men down in misty fields, abandoned buildings.
Ciel becomes some viral sensation, an online celebrity. A modern day Robin Hood.
They fuck in Sebastian’s car, Ciel’s clean little trousers bunched down around his thighs, riding reverse cowgirl, pushed over the dashboard, silk hair in his face.
He’s sobbing. He can’t speak when he gets fucked this hard. This position - he can’t control it. Gravity pushes him down, Sebastian’s blood-dark cock pushed up into his guts.
Sebastian’s hands bruise his thighs, keep his legs split open so he can fuck up into him. Ciel’s prone to fainting when they fuck too rough, head rolling into the crook of Sebastian’s neck.
Sebastian would be the type of guy who would film their sex. Take photos. Want to make sex tapes, humiliate Ciel as he watched them fuck, playing it over and over, getting the heir all flustered. Use it as blackmail in arguments - “you aren’t mad at me heiress, you were moaning my name just an hour ago.”
He’d cum inside of Ciel and pull out, zip Ciel’s trousers back up and groan as his cum dripped out of Ciel and stained the fabric, fingers crooked over the spread of his thighs, smirking as the heiress shook in humiliation.
Maybe Ciel buys Sebastian a collar.
I seriously love this headcanon. There’s so many different things you could do. Sebastian would snort cocaine. DeWitt would be a dirty cop.
Ugh. It’s just like the modern LPM au - no one ask me to write them, because I will.

First thing I want to say is that it is not necessary for fiction to be good for people’s mental health. Art for art’s sake has value, so does individual autonomy, and people can create and consume fiction based on what they want and what they value without having to make it medicinal so they can justify it as a social good.
Second thing I want to say is that it is not possible to create fiction that is universally good for people’s mental health. Tumblr fandom tends to treat certain mental health needs as implicitly the most legitimate, and inherent universal needs, but it’s way more complicated than that. Many people will absolutely thrive on stories of loving, supportive families, while some people will need to avoid them due to their specific family history. Some people are helped by reading about characters they enjoy practicing healthy communication and getting positive results, while other people might come away hearing, “Everyone can do healthy communication and get helpful responses if they try hard enough, so therefore the problem must be you screwing it up!” Some people might find “Destroy the evil abuser” revenge fantasies a helpful way to process anger, while other people might find they do more harm than good. A lot of people find stories of a character being gently nurtured by someone else, while some people have negative associations with other people trying to take care of them and have bad psychological reactions to these stories. (And let me tell you, if you have a bad associations with soft pastel nurturing that mean it can put you in a bad headspace, Tumblr can be pure hell.)
Mental health needs differ. They’re not always soft. They’re not always predictable based on a diagnosis, or a few details of someone’s history. They’re diverse, individual, and sometimes mesh poorly with stuff that most people would consider healthy and wholesome. Your story might be helpful for a specific person, or for a number of people, but there’s no such thing as the universally healthy story or the universally unhealthy story. It is literally not possible to write something for the general public and ensure it’s healthy for everyone who reads it.
I’ve included a very comprehensive list, organized by the type of body movement, hand and arm movements, facial expressions etc. In some cases, a phrase fits more than one heading, so it may appear twice. Possible emotions are given after each BL phrase unless the emotion is indicated within the phrase. (They are underlined for emphasis, not due to a hyperlink.)
Note: I’ve included a few body postures and body conditions as they are non-verbal testimony to the character’s physical condition.

must a fictional relationship be “healthy” or “functional”? is it not enough to simply watch two made up people destroy each other, hand in unlovable hand???
teacher and student
[commed from lovely artist @robnemmon !!]
I'm kinda ashamed to ask this, but could you make a tutorial on how to draw hands? ;A;
omg dont be ashamed at all!! Hands are generally tough to get used to, lots of artists struggle with it! so dont be ashamed i feel you.
and I actually have made a hand anatomy guide before in fact! If you want to get better at drawing hands I def recommend you learn the basic anatomy first. Please check out the ones I made, I try to make it simple and easy to understand:
Artistic Anatomy: Hands Part 1
Artistic Anatomy: Hands Part 2
There’s my guide to the anatomy, but here’s some more tips that I’ve noted to myself that I’d like to include
First off, I’d like to just note on the fingers: if you pay close attention to your own hand, you may notice the fingers are ever ever so slightly curved inward. It’s a very subtle detail, but I noticed that, despite how slight it is, it can make a hand look more lively, and less stiff.
Second, the “M” on the palm! Your hand moves in many ways, and because it does it creates creases in your hand. The most prominent creases appear to make an M shape; this is handy to remember for what I’m going to talk about next. (It also could be a “W” I guess, or to be more specific a “ )X( “; just think of it in whatever way helps you remember!)
SO now that you see the M, draw your hand as a basic blocked shape and add your details. As you do, you can see that the M divides the palm into four basic parts!
When the hand moves, parts A, B, or C of the palm, alone or in different combos, will create the general poses that the hands do normally. These parts are the parts that move, with D being stationary, no matter what!
Here’s a chart of all the possible combos. Once you have down what part of the hand moves for a certain pose, you can change up the fingers and tweak it a bit to do what you need to make it more specific!
This is simply my method of drawing hands. God knows there are hundreds of tutorials out there by other artists, but personally, this way helps me the best (after learning the anatomy first).
This way I can divide the hand and combine the parts in any such way I need!
Hands take a lot of effort to grapple, and you need to practice them a lot, especially foreshortening of the hand; that’s really something you need to learn through your own studies. Look at your own hands, draw hands from life, from magazines, shows, comics; just draw hands! You’ll eventually figure out a method that works best for you. So to get better at drawing hands; draw hands!! And don’t stress over it, have fun with it!
