Omg captain Carter is such a girl boss π also pretty cool robot!
Instead of SNL, we elephant tranq a random actor and put them into a Truman-esque city. We make a former co-star/director their work boss and sprinkle people they know into their life, but make them (actor We tranq'd) think they never were an actor. A new person enters the set when we have fully convinced actor No. 1 they never were an actor. The cycle continues. I propose we remove James Corden and sentence him to work at Kohl's.
what even is this photoshoot where did it come from
we do need to revisit the wording of "you can't have your cake and eat it too" because i don't think it clearly enough conveys that it's more that you can't simultaneously retain a cake and also get to consume it (which would render you cakeless). for years i was like But why not....it's my cake....?

Ok so I just got back from watching Across the Spiderverse, and unlike most sequels/Marvel movies, it was absolutely, awesomely good. The animation just blew me away, and the team managed to blend the different styles of each dimension smoothly. I really enjoyed that the different styles defined each character, especially with Hobie, where he visually clashed with the environment. I feel very similarly about the soundtrack and Miguel's theme slaps.
The story kept the same feel of the first, which it what I really appreciate, and like the first, it had a pretty long rising action. Practically every scene had me on the edge of my seat, and the easter eggs were really cool. I think 95 percent of my time was spent looking in the background to see people. SPOILERS AHEAD!! My favorite cameos are probably live action Donald Glover (which looked surprisingly not greenscreened in) and Wild West Spiderman/horse. I LOVE HOBIE AND PAVITR SO MUCH. The intro scene with Jessica and Gwen and Miguel was also super cool, and I get the idea that MAYBE the animators love their 0.5's. The Spot gives me major squeaky-villain-nerd-that-Tumblr-loves vibes. Also (MAJOR SPOILER!!) the dawning realization that Miles went to the wrong home was insanely nerve-wracking and a good plot-twist (hinted at with Miguel's "you are THE anomaly" monolog). Deserves all the Oscars!! (And I loved the BLM and protect trans kids in the back :). )
Hello bisexual community
im sorry i literally cannot get this out of my head since last night
Watched space jam 2 and .....
I honestly cannot understand why Al G. Rhythm's motivation was so strong nor why they didn't explore the granny + speedy gonzales matrix scene more. I feel the floating robot with terrible teeth could have led to a Br***sh joke, and LeBron was a notably better actor than Jordan. I have to give credit to the transitions during the goon squad intro, pretty clean. The matrix cameo was surprisingly hype as was granny?
