I drew this back in January of 2020. I was feeling in an angsty mood about Carla being in jail all alone, but then I re-watched “To Save a Sunbird” and realized that she wouldn't be alone, because this little guy is in the dungeon too. So I drew this and I felt a lot better.

Hello! I just read your fic, “Royal Hospitality”, and I want to say, I loved it. I was going to leave a comment, but I wanted to address you personally. As usual, it was so well written. Everyone is perfectly in character, that I could easily see it happening in the show! I always get that feeling when reading your fics:) But I have to admit, I have a special place in my heart for Victor’s diolouge with Esteban. The irony. I also loved how Victor was able to connect with Joaquin as a father.

Funny you mention it because Esteban and Victor's conversation with each other was actually one of the hardest, yet most fun parts of the fic to write. The whole time writing it I was going back and forth between “Is this going too far?” and “Is this not going far enough?” So I'm really glad you liked it.

I drew this in summer 2019 but I could not upload it and was to shy to until now (I was the anon who asked about the dancing).

What are your thoughts on Carla’s magical ability? I can never be sure, but seeing her use magic throughout the show, it seems to imply that she’s very talented.

I agree, think that she must certainly have some talent to be able to do the magic we see her cast. By "To Save a Sunbird" she can do a clothing altering spell, a sleeping spell, a blasting spell and even a spell that creates a small tornado. She seems to be at about season 1-Mateo levels of magic.

But we don't have very many examples of other tamborita users to compare her to. She can cast blasting spells more reliably than Victor, but he was able to cast a teleportation spell once and we have never seen her do that. I think she's pretty good so far, but could become much better after more training and practice.

Hello! I wanted to share a headcanon that I had. I headcanon that post-Coronation Day, Carla will be good frienss with the 4 amigos. What do you think?

Sure, I can see that happening. I doubt that she would be able to become as close to them as they all are to each other, but they would all hang out with each other sometimes. I like to think that Carla also became friends with Antonia and Tomiko, they would get along well.
