A pairing I have heard suggested for Carla is Alonso. I feel like I really have to say no to that one. Like you said in a couple of your posts, Carla saw firsthand what happened between her parents. And a big part of what happened was because of Ash’s self absorbed and egotistical nature. So I think Carla would be weary of someone with those traits. Also, I’d like to point out that post reformation Carla is a very sweet, kind, caring girl. So I don’t think she’d be attracted to someone like that

I think Carla wouldn't want to spend time with anyone who is that self-centered, pre or post reformation if she didn't already care about them. (Although pre-reformation she would've totally hung out with him if it was for a scheme and would have swindled him of all he had).

More Queen Lorelei sketches!

Adding more to my headcanons about her: She and Roland met when they were both going to Royal Prep. She was a Princess of a Kingdom but not the first born so ultimately her older sister became Queen, but Lorelei still wanted to learn about ruling and had an interest in economics. She and Roland became friends and would often do assignments together and both went to EverRealm Academy, eventually falling in love and getting married. When ruling together they could cover for each others’ weaknesses, she had a good sense of numbers and was able to cover financial problems and policies best, while Roland was better at diplomacy.

To the public she came across as more regal and serious in comparison to Roland's joviality, but she still had plenty of quirks. Ever since she was young, Lorelei always kept pet giant silk moths around, she raises them from worms to adults making sure to feed them enough mulberry leaves every day or schedule the servants to feed them if she is unavailable. She finds it quite humorous whenever someone mistakes a moth for a more usual pet only to be shocked when it's a giant bug, but if you actually insult them she will not be happy. Fun Fact: the scientific name for the domestic silk moth is Bombyx mori.

Hi! You’re the artist who drew that fun short of Victor and Ixlan called “Night on the Town”, correct? I know it was a while back, but I remember reading that you wrote a fanfic based on it? If so, could you give me a link or tell me where I can find it? I’d love to read it if you wrote it!

Hi Anon, yes you're correct, and it was really fun to make! I still definitely think that Victor & Ixlan became friends after the events of “The Lightning Warrior”. 

I think what you might be remembering is how I mentioned in that post that I had “sketches & a drawing, and a tiny fanfiction.” By “tiny fanfiction” I was referring to the four paragraphs I wrote after the sketches that describe the context of what's happening in them. I mean technically I guess it's too short to be called a “fanfiction” now that I'm thinking about it, maybe they would be considered headcanons? 

But if you want me to write a longer version of it, I might just be able to do that. When I was making the drawings I had plenty of ideas for possible stuff that could be in it if it was a longer story, I just didn't get around to writing it.

Hi! I hope you don’t mind, but I am back with another request. I loved the request you drew of Carla riding Vestia from a few months back, and have only been inspired to ask for another. I have always loved your artwork. The way you draw the characters, and even clothing, makes it look like it comes straight out of the show. There is nobody I would trust, or want to ask to draw this, but you. I know you love Victor, so I hope you enjoy. Could you draw him and Carla in Dia de Muertos outfits?

MY VERY CONTROVERSIAL ELENA OF AVALOR OPINIONS

I try to stay neutral on many of the big issues about the show, but the time has come for me to finally share with you some of my deepest darkest opinions about it. I do not apologize for any of these, and you will not be able to change my mind on any of them. 

Esteban did nothing wrong… except for all the things that he did wrong. 

The flowers in Elena's hair are an immortal being, and will outlive everyone else in the entire show by at least 10,000 years. 

Princess Isabel could probably take over the world with her incredible inventions. Although there's only a 1.94962% chance that she'd actually try.

GUITAR!

Luisa could beat any one of us at olaball, without even breaking a sweat.

The real reason for Naomi's face and hair changing mid season 1 is either because aliens with advanced technology visited Avalor to offer free plastic surgery trials and she accepted their offer, or it was due to the daily stresses and successes of politics. (Also she definitely sings sea shanties all the time off screen; it's just that none of them are appropriate for a Disney Junior show).

Gabe has nice arms that are reminiscent of a cannon. 

A very serious opinion now about Mateo in Coronation Day during the final song “Guiding Light.” Near the end of the song I realized something very important and earth shattering while watching it… Mateo is singing amazingly in it! I mean have you heard the soundtrack edition of the song? I think all of the songs that Mateo gets in the show are very good, although in group songs you normally can't hear people individually, but in this one he is just rocking it! 

I would pay an enormous amount of money for an entire episode that's just Armando’s puppet shows. 

Zuzo has a great fashion sense, and he probably gives his human clients good advice on their own fashion choices.

I think one day, despite the criticism given to him, Skyler would make a very good king. Although he might have some trouble calculating proper taxation rates for his subjects, but let's face it, we all would.

The Question: Why does Carla have purple eyes when Ash & Victor have blue and green eyes respectively? The Answer: Why don't any of Migs & Dulce’s cubs have either of their parents eye colours? 

Luna's spots almost look like crescents, but not quite, so they don't perfectly fit her name! They only sort of fit, and yet they still look absolutely fantastic! 

Most importantly, I have figured out which ship in the show is unquestionably the best ship. After much deliberation and scientific research I've discovered that the best ship in the show… is the Alegria. It has survived for hundreds of years, it is magic, and the crew is fun-loving and immortal! Sure, Sea Blasters are very fancy looking, but you can bash a hole in them by throwing a stick at them! And Elena’s sailboat isn't big enough to officially be considered a ship, even though it has a very nice kitchen. 

So in other news…  Happy April Fools Day y’all!

Secret

If you make a whole bunch of headcannons, but then add a little bit of dialogue and some scenery descriptions between them, you get yourself a little fanfic. It's like when you only got a little bit of cheese and a little bit of salsa, but you just grab a tortilla and boom, you got a Satisfactory burrito. Not the most amazing one in the world, but like. It's probably better than the cheese and the tomatoes by themselves.

But I also sometimes grate cheese into my mouth. So who knows at this point?
