I have become the author that only updates every few months then disappears into the void again... I’m so sorry

Glitch was supposed to be a throwaway character but now I’m Attached™️ and in the process of making him a whole squad.

Empire-controlled Kamino is a lot stricter than in the Jedi days, no hair cuts, no tattoos, so when he’s busted out he absolutely goes wild. At one point Waxer has to intervene because he’s fried his hair from bleaching and re-dying it too many times (as a medic he should know better but...), so he settles on shaving different patterns into the side.

Anakin is so sweet wtf he genuinely wanted to make Wrecker happy by letting him set off the detonator, such a tiny thing but he was on his own part of the mission, saw something and thought “Wrecker would like this I’m gonna get it for him” wtf and he JUST met him. He really does care so much about people and have such a big heart, I’m gonna miss my nice boy when he goes dark side in a few weeks 🥺

I used to get irritated and be completely baffled by why Rex always gets to go on the cool missions with Obi-Wan Anakin and Ahsoka when Cody doesn’t but then I realized

Cody is the marshal commander and is busy running half the damn army he doesn’t have time to go on random ass side quests someone has to be the adult and stay home

Okay it’s been weeks but I can NOT get over how the final Clone Wars arc started with Obi-Wan saving Cody, then Anakin comes and saves the both of them.

Knowing what happens a week later...

I had to pause it and take a second to get myself together because MY HEART.

I was losing my mind because every single brush I used was coming out transparent even though I had the opacity set to 100% and I thought my tablet was broken. Turns out I accidentally turned on pressure sensitive mode. I didn’t even know that was a thing.

I love how explicitly they made Rex’s role in Anakin’s secret relationship with Padme. It wasn’t a complete secret. Rex not only knew, but actively aided Anakin in hiding the relationship. Rex literally enabled him to talk to his secret wife, and it’s clear that this happened a lot. 

Now more than ever, I want to see Rex meeting Luke. This just adds another layer to what that interaction must have been like.
